It's the beginning of the second semester, clubs are going to be passing out flyers for potential new members, people are adjusting to the changes in subjects in their classes, and some are foolish enough to believe they can slack off because it's only the beginning. A foolish idea, if you were to ask Megumi's opinion.
"Skipping class?" Megumi questions Kugisaki as she sneaks into the hallway. She jolts, before placing her hand onto her chest and sighing in relief at seeing Megumi. Out of all the possibilities, running into him was by far the luckiest because Itadori would've unintentionally blabbed and blown her cover.
"Please forgive it just this once, bestie? There's a major shoe sale happening at the mall and I have to be there!" She begs, hoping that he'll put their friendship over his school duties of keeping the students in line. "45% off all shoes! That's super good, really awesome for their prices! Fushiguro, please, I'm begging you–"
"Hurry before any other council members or teachers find you." Megumi tells her. She grins brightly, pulling him in for a quick but genuine hug. He doesn't always let her and Itadori get away with things but when he does, she makes sure to appreciate it.
"Thank you." She tells him before rushing off. Megumi hums, making his way to deliver the papers to the office as was requested of him by a teacher who caught him returning from the bathroom. He continues on his way while Kugisaki has a jolly skip in her step. She's definitely buying Megumi a pair of shoes for this.
He enters the office, handing the papers to the front desk lady. "Mr. Yaga wanted me to bring you the attendance sheet and inform you that his computer is broken but his new one will be here tomorrow." Megumi relays the message.
"Thank you, Fushiguro. Diligent as always. You may return to class." She smiles sweetly at the boy. He nods his head, exiting the office. He does prefer to keep an amicable relationship with the adults at the school because in many ways it can become beneficial. As someone who used to be quite a troublemaker in his younger years, he learned just how different it is with secondary genders. Alphas are practically untouchable, they can screw up but are rarely ever punished for it. If an omega is bullied or sexually attacked, they're the ones blamed. Betas are treated like outcasts or mainly ignored because they are neither exceptional like Alphas or beauties like omegas.
With Megumi having the authority he does and being seen in a positive light with the staff, he can be the voice for omegas and betas, not just Alphas. Megumi would rather have thirty needles stabbed into his tongue permanently than verbally admit it but he truly looks up to Toji, his strong omega father. Most omegas, even males, are referred to as mom. Toji has always been Toji and before that, he was called papa for awhile. But Toji was just Toji, a greedy bastard who cared about his kids in his own way. A strong omega who didn't need to be protected and could handle himself. He took care of two kids on his own, he wasn't the best but he was there and he didn't quit on them.
"Where have you been, Fushiguro?"
"Delivering Mr. Yaga's attendance papers to the office. His computer's down." Megumi answers his teacher, taking his seat.

"Please, you have to do something! You can't shut down the club!" Miwa exclaims, following after Megumi hurriedly. She was flabbergasted to receive notice the crochet club would be shut down. "Please stop walking, Fushiguro! I'm getting winded." Miwa complains, stopping and placing her hands onto her knees as she takes deep breaths. Megumi stops, turning around and looking at the blue haired girl.
"You only have two members. You need at least three if I'm going to keep the club open, it's school rules. I don't make these decisions, I just enforce the rules because the teachers are too exhausted to do so. Miwa, find another member, otherwise that's it." Megumi tells her, shrugging his shoulders as he continues to the student council room. Miwa huffs, pushing some of her blue hair from her face. She looks around for anyone, anyone will do. Her club is small but it's soothing, it's her favorite part of her day. Sukuna turns the corner and Miwa squeaks, tensing up. She's aware she was pleading for anyone but this is just far too cruel.
"Tsk, what's wrong with you?" Sukuna questions the girl.
"P-please join the crochet club!" She shouts, closing her eyes tightly so that she can remain brave.
"Is that a joke?" Sukuna goes to continue walking but Miwa feels she already came this far, she shouldn't give up now.
"Wait! Fushiguro said if I could get one more person to join the club then I could keep it open!"
"Yeah, that's not my problem."
"Wouldn't it be super cool if Fushiguro wears something you made?! O-or you could crochet him an animal he could keep on his bed and sleep with! I-I mean, you two are like, dating, right?" She loses more confidence as she speaks, fidgeting with her hands. Sukuna pauses, considering her proposal. He's never done anything like that before, something an omega would definitely do but the idea of creating something that Megumi can wear or keep in his room... he's sold and if it doesn't work out the way he hopes, he'll quit the club and her dreams of keeping it open will crash and burn. That'll satisfy him enough.
"Fine. Where do I sign up?" Sukuna agrees making the girl grin in excitement.
"Perfect! Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! The office, follow me!" She shouts, making Sukuna wince from how unnecessarily loud she was.
"I know where the office is, you ditz." Sukuna grunts.
She chuckles nervously, "Right, right. Let's go. Again, thank you!"
