Chapter Ten

Friday 2:00pm

"Auntie I miss you" JoJo said into the phone as I sat in my car.

"I miss you man look when I get done with my business tonight I am going to come get you & then we are out of here for good."

"Really where are we going?" He asked.

"Where do you want to go"

"Hmm, somewhere sunny & with a beach" I heard him say.

"Ok then that's where we are going."

"Is grandma coming with us?"

"I dont know baby but I will ask her, ok tell your dad I will call him later ok."

"Ok Auntie I love you" I started tearing up thinking what will happen to this boy if I died tonight.

"I love you too baby." I said & hung up the phone before wiping the tears that fell.

I got out my car walking toward the building to go see Rose I know she was mad at me the last time I saw her.

She was upset about our past & honestly I couldn't blame her, we always talked about leaving together but then I got with someone & that went away.

As I entered the room Rose was on the couch with some young chick all booed up on the couch.

I dropped the bag I was carrying & they glanced my way.

"Who is this?" The chick asked.

"An old friend." Rose said mocking what I said to Skylar the other day.

"Rose we got business to handle" I said kind of pissed off.

She smirked at me, "Baby can you give us a minute?"

The chick looked at Rose like hell no, "Why?"

"Bitch she told you to leave" I said tired of this chick.

"You going to let her talk to me like that Rose."

Rose just stared at me, "Go"

The girl rolled her eyes standing up walking past me & out the door.
