Chapter 17

A few hours later when the sun had began to set the other students finally made it out. I had finished training and wasn't sweating like the others.

"Hey! You left us back there!" Mina yells

"I said I cleared a path, if you failed to find it that's your fault. Either way those creatures were very weak. I do not find myself able to comprehend the means of yalls struggle" I say

"Alright *sigh* Go grab y'all's bags, they will be making y'all dinner" aizawa says, while the students grab their bags I head back and grab my phone. The girls then come into the room and begin to talk to one another.

"Hey Kimusti-chan! Are you joining us for dinner later? Kero" Tsuyu asks

"... No, I have a certain diet so if I do decide to join I will simply watch" I say 'if I say I ate and they realize I lied it will make them keep an eye on me to ensure I do eat. If I say I have a diet it'll show I'll make myself something later' I thought

"Oh well I'm sure they won't mind-" Mina tries to say

"No I wouldn't want to be bothersome to them. I will simply make myself food later when I find the time" I say

"If you think I'll join never the less, you have gotten your hopes up for nothing. I'm not in this school to make friend, if y'all find that you need for for something I'll be in the forest till night fall" I leave the room and head outside. While walking I noticed a few students outside talking, I continue on and feel their gaze on me as I head into the forest.

I go deep into the forest and begin training, I grab my fans and send ice all around. After a few hours the sun has about set and the sky grew darker.

'I ought to head back in an hr' I hear foot steps coming close. I turn and see a few students and aizawa from a distance walking over.

" Kimusti-chan!" Momo yells running over, I snap my fingers behind me and the ice disappears before they see it.

"What?" I ask putting my fans away

"No one could find you for a few hours and we got worried-" Momo is cut off

"Why are you training this far into the forest?" Aizawa asks

"... So I'm not bothered by y'all simply" I say

"Kimusti! That is no way to talk to a teacher!" Iida says

"I do not find interest in caring, I will not waste my time making friends. I was bound to head back at night fall as I'm sure we will be required to wake up early." I say "I believe the demon slayer corps will be coming? No?" I ask

"... Yes, they are coming. Tonight they are going to arrive and tomorrow they will talk amongst you kids" he says and he narrows his eyes at me as his scarf begins to slightly float in the air.

"So y'all wasted your time finding me. Be that I where to find myself in danger I can handle myself. But nevertheless they would have been there" I say

"That's not the point kero, we still had to make sure you are fine. Even if you don't want to be our friend we still will look out for you kero" Tsuyu says

"... Sure, I'm sure you'll find yourselfs worrying about other things then me" I say fixing my hair.

-the next day-

We all ended up walking back, but I woke up from my sleep only a few hours later and went into the woods while it was dark.

"... Y'all have hidden long enough, you may come forward now" I say and a few demons jump out.

"... I'll need you to attack here first, afterwards once everyone is forced to regroup. There should be a portal nearby, you'll jump into there. I need y'all to try and kill lower rank demon slayer." I say and they nod then jump away to hide, I sense a demon slayer coming closer.

I decided to walk off and away from them but felt another getting closer. 'It seems they realized someone is in the forest. I hope they only sensed me rather then the other demons' I thought 'it will be a hassle to get others here. I have certain tasks for most of them and very few to use if one fails'

"Hello there~" I hear a girl say, I recognize the voice. 'Incest Hashira' I thought, I got up and secretly grab a few flowers from the ground under me.

"My my~ what is a young girl like you doing out in this forest so late? You do know demons lurk here around this time?" She asks with a fake smile

"Ah yes, my utmost apologies ma'am, I simply wanted to find some flowers to give to a friend as I knew they loved them. Though it was quite careless of me to come here whilst being aware of the dangers" I say showing the flowers "I shouldn't waste your time much longer, so I shall head back" I say with a fake smile and begin walking away.

"Oh it's alright, if you wish I can follow you back!" She says

"Oh you needn't to, as I know my way back. I'm not far from where I must head to" I say not looking back

"Very well~" I hear her say as her foot steps fade away slowly.

I begin to head back and throw the flowers somewhere. '... I should not come out this late until the plan is set in motion' I thought feeling a tad irritated 'ill need to be wary of her, I probably chose my words wrong and grabbed suspicion. Either way it seemed they suspected something odd of me from the sports festival'

'Oh well, all I must do now is wait and see how many other slayers come. I sensed 2 Hashira, but I wasn't able to tell if there was others of the same rank or lower.'...
