-Neteyam POV-
We got up to the tallest tree and sat there. "It's really high up here" Aonung said with nervousness in his voice. "Not too high up" I told him. "Not as high as back at Home though" I started getting homesick and started to tear up. "Hey, are you ok babe?" He asked. "Ye-yeah" I said while tears started to fall like rain drops. "Hey come he- WOAH!" "AONUNG!" He had fell from the tree trying to comfort me. "IM COMING AONUNG!" I said while jumping to save him. Tears started flying out of my eyes like an ikran. *boom* no. No no no no no no no. Not him. I landed and ran to him. "HELP! HELLLLP!" I screamed for help but no body came.
-No one POV-
Neteyam took Aonung's loose body back to where the Ilu were. Tears streaming down Neteyams face. He was so upset "AAAAAAAAAAAAA! *inhale* WHYYYYYYYY!" Neteyam gathered sticks from a fallen tree not to far away fro Aonung so he could watch him and make sure nothing bad happened to him. There was a lot of grunting, pushing, pulling and dragging. "There" Neteyam was so out of breath but he still put Neteyams body in the hut. The sun was setting. Neteyam watched as the sun said it's good byes and the moon said it's hi's. "I can't give up, not now, not today, not tomorrow and not ever!" When The sun fully set, Neteyam grabbed sticks and made a small fire.
When would Aonung wake up? WILL Aonung ever wak up? Jake had taught Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri and spider how to make a torch. He did not teach Tuk because she was too young to know. Neteyam made a torch. "Huh?" Neteyam heard something in the mini forest. Neteyam made sure Aonungs body was in the hut and then he left. Neteyam let his curiosity get the best of him and went into the trees. He couldn't find anything so he just went back to the hut and went to sleep.
Neteyam was sleeping next to Aonung. "Mm" Aonung was grunting. Neteyam immediately got up. "Aonung?!" But to his disappointment, Aonung just grunted. Neteyam went to sleep and he decided he was gonna take Aonung back to the Metkayina village. But there was one problem, where was the Metkayina village?
