"She did not just hang up on me". Tim yelled angrily. "Dad give her a break she's been through a lot these last few years". Lou said. "Nobody told her about Harley did they". Amy looked at them worried. "No what's wrong with Harley".asked Lou as she flung her head too look at her sister. "Umm Harley has colic one that we cant help and Scott said we have to put him down if he doesn't go to haven on his own in a week ". Said Amy with a shaky voice. "What why wouldn't you tell me Amy"Lou Said. "I didn't want to take you away from your mayorly duty's". Said aAmy sarcastically. " Amy you could have at least told me". Jack said staring at her. "I'm sorry grandpa I'm still trying to figure out what we are doing on Saturday and it's Thursday and my baby doesn't even want to talk to me a lot is happening". Amy said feeling her eyes well up with tears this was all to much her husband died 10 years ago why did it still hurt so much she went to her room and lay on her bed staring at the ceiling. "Oh Ty" Amy said. She heard a light tapping on her door. "Who is it" Amy asked. "It's Caleb". Caleb said slowly opening the door. "How Lyndy is she with you". Said Amy hoping she was but to her fear. "No sorry Amy ill see if i can get her to come tomorrow" Caleb said apologetically. "Caleb i know this so a lot to ask but i need you to get her here tomorrow Harley has colic he isn't going to survive". Amy said looking into his eyes. "Ill try my best to get her home tonight" Caleb said. "Thanks". Amy said gratefully.
Amy fell asleep and woke up the next day with Lyndy beside her she kissed her daughters head and got up to make breakfast. She pulled her old jeans on and a top on she pulled her hair in a ponytail and headed it the kitchen. Which was empty enough to her the birds sing their morning tunes. It was relaxing for her to hear she decided to make some coffee. When her coffee was made she got up and threw her coat on and boots finally grabbing her hat and her coffee and she headed to the barn office where she did some paper work and realised she had a new client coming today a Olympic show jumper who was in an accident and refused to jump. So she walked into the barn and started morning chores. She mucked out the stalls got a stall ready for the new horse . When she was getting the feed easy she realised they where out of oats in the crates so she walked around it the shed and pulled the massive bag of hay in to the barn and filled up the buckets she added some lavender oil for relaxation some spurce wood extracts for health and a scoop of sugar between all the buckets. When she filled the water buckets and was about to fill the hay nets she heard someone approaching the feed room she turned to see Lyndy looking in at Harley. "He's not getting better is he mom". Lyndy asked concerned. " no he's actually worse Lyndy I'm so sorry" Amy said. Amy went over and hugged Lyndy. "At least he'll finely be with daddy again". Lyndy said starting too cry. "Oh sweetheart don't cry"Said Amy. "Mom he was the last thing i had left of dad bar his jacket and nana" Lyndy said. Amy wiped the tears from her daughters eyes, "mom I want to do something special for dads 10th year anniversary and Harley's last send off ".Lyndy said. "Okay honey"Said Amy proudly that her daughter was so strong. "I have 2 songs i want to sing" said lyndy looking up at her mom
