Practice has ended and Bokuto, Atsumu, Hinata and Sakusa, who is walking five meters away from them, are walking back together to the apartment they all share. When Shoyo abruptly stops and stares at Sakusa's back for a moment.

"Hey, Omi-san! Your birthday is next week isn't it?" He asks with a very loud voice to make sure Sakusa can hear him from where he is.

Sakusa stops for a moment, thinking about ignoring Hinata and keep walking, pretending he doesn't know those three idiots, but since it's Hinata who's asking, and Sakusa has kind of a weak spot for the little loud and orange sunray. He reluctantly turns back with a scowl and replies, "So, what?"

"Nothing, I was just thinking it'd be nice if we could celebrate it together with you," Hinata replies with the purest intention but Atsumu and Bokuto don't hesitate to jump in at the possibility of having an occasion to fool and play around.

"Let's throw you a party then Omi-omi," Atsumu chimes in, shouting more loudly than he should have, causing Sakusa to panic and look around to make sure no one's watching them.

"Yeah, yeah, party! Let's do it Omi-kun!" Bokuto continues with the shouting.

Embarrassed by the attention they are drawing to them, Sakusa pulls up his facemask and walks quickly towards those three and stops a few.

"We're not doing anything, don't you dare do something, understood?" he said glaring at them, "That's the end of this conversation so let's not bring up this again."

He turned around and walked away with a fast pace leaving the three behind.

Bokuto turns to Atsumu and Hinata with a big grin on his face, "We won't do anything then, right?"

"Right," the other two reply grinning back. Then silently reading each other's minds they head towards their favorite yakiniku place that is just a few blocks away.

They sit at table that's on the furthest corner, getting comfortable on their booth and getting ready to order a portion big enough that's worth a whole cow for the three of them. When the food around they charge to eat like a pack of three hungry and starving hyenas.

"So, we'll throw a surprise party for Omi-kun right?" Bokuto says gulping down a big piece of meat.

"Definitely" Atsumu agrees, imagining how exciting it'll be to see Sakusa's annoyed and fluster expression when he finds out.

"But" says Shoyo taking some meat in his chopsticks, "Didn't he said he didn't want a party?"

"My dear Shoyo-kun, do you really think that's what he wants?" Atsumu questions with such a convincing look he catches Hinata's attention instantly. "Think about this: Omi-omi hasn't had any friends for a long time, right? Then he probably hasn't had anyone prepare a party for him before, but you know he is, he acts all cold but he's a real softie inside. Don't you think he would want us, his dear friends, and teammates, to throw him a birthday party and let him enjoy the joys of youth?" Atsumu uses all the right words in his speech to pull at all of the right strings in Shoyo's heart to get him on doubt without giving it any more thought.

"You right Atsumu-san!" Shoyo says with glowing eyes, "We should do this for Omi-san!"

"But do you really think he considers us his friends?" Bokuto asks taking another bite.

Shoyo's expression fills with worry and he's eyes get watery, looking like he is on the verge of crying and asks with a shaky voice, "H-he d-doesn't?
