who would've thought that summer break would've ended so fast. you got up from your bed, stretching and yawning. the time read 7:15, class starts at 8:00 and you were 5 minutes away from the school, 10 if you walked.
you've been to this school for 2 years, you're pretty familiar with it and had many friends, surprisingly enough. you headed to the bathroom, it took you around 10 minutes to get ready. you did your daily routine, quick shower, skincare, change, and off you go. you grabbed the bag you packed for yourself the night before, as well as your phone, before you headed out the door.
you looked out to see your best friends, tomo and yoimiya, waiting infront of your house. tomo, a tall boy with blonde hair, he tied his hair up similarly like yoimiya. yoimiya is a kind girl who would always go anywhere, if it was to support you or your friends. "it took your long enough!" tomo exclaimed, crossing his arms. yoimiya chuckled, "come on! let's go! it's 7:30! we'll be late if we don't get a move on," i nodded, following the two.
you three have been close for 5 years now, you all met first year of middle school and have never been separated since.
the three of you started walking to school, talking about what they did over the summer, drama, and whatever. "i know it's only september, but still, 4 more months till the new years!" yoimiya exclaimed, "we need to light fireworks together!" the girl ranted to the two of you about fireworks and her business that her and her dad own.
"we can all agree that cats are 100% better than dogs," tomo started, "cats are just different, i swear, dog people just show off their vegan dog or something!" "vegan dogs? shouldn't they be carnivores?" yoimiya replied. "uhuh whatever.. you get the point, cats are better!"
the three of them arrived at the school, they had 20 minutes to spare. tomo ran off to kazuha, who was currently sitting in one of his classes.
you and yoimiya looked at each others schedules, seeing which classes they had together and which they didn't. yoimiya scoffed, "yikes! you got 2 classes with the short fatui guy.." you looked at yoimiya "are you being serious?" you exclaimed, "lord, come on!" "come on, let's go to class," yoimiya said, "it's almost 8! class is starting soon you know!" you followed the girl to your guy's class.
you two were heading to class until, "DON'T TOUCH ME!" the two of you ran towards the noise, to see familiar students cornering someone that seemed to be a first year. "awe, come on! we just want to help you! you're poor eleazar will be cured!" you heard the voice, automatically figuring out who it was, dottore.
"back off." a stern voice yelled. Cyno, one of the representatives of last years student council.
"oh? what are you going to do, report me to the principal?" dottore chuckled, "we all know that some puny human like you couldn't report me out of all people."
foot steps rose in the distance, "I heard everything." you and yoimiya watched the scene unravel. the vice principal, also known as "Lady Guuji" or Guuji Yae. "how unfortunate, first day of school and you are already picking on poor first years, it's quite astonishing how eager you are to have the entire school begging for mercy." dottore was furious, "you're coming with me, cyno, i trust you assist collei," the lady said before walking away with dottore.
cyno helped the girl, who you assumed was collei. the two of you ran towards the both of them, "are you okay?!" exclaimed yoimiya, "the fatui are back at it already.." "you two go to class, i'll take care of her for now." cyno told, walking away with collei, heading towards the nurses office.
the two of you looked at each other with concerned faces. after a few seconds, you two headed towards your classes.
