"Booga!...Booga!" Fatima shouted from downstairs
"Yes mommy here I come" he came running down the stairs
"hey bud what you doing?" she asks
"I was just laying watching my tabby moma" he replies
"we gotta go get ready we leave in some hours okay baby, I'll be up there in a bit to give you a bath"
"okay moma" he says running away
Fatima had the perfect life anybody would've wish to have, the perfect job, perfect man, perfect family. She was madly in love with her husband Kareem, the two were high school sweethearts and had been together for seven years and married for two out those years. They shared a son named Kaiser also known as "Booga". Kaiser was the sweetest, most handsome little boy.
Fatima's world came crashing down when Kareem died in a tragic car accident on his way home from work. Kaiser was one and a half years old when his father died and you would think he was too young to remember his father but he did. Life was tough for Fatima when Kareem passed, she was raising her son on her own even though she had help and support from her family and friends, being a single mother she never thought she would be experiencing.
Kaiser is now 5 years old and Fatima is 27, although she loved her husband and was devastated when he passed she knew she had to stay strong for her son. Fatima accepted the fact that Kareem was gone after some months of him passing and realized it was Gods plan.
Today is Saturday and Fatima is taking Kaiser to watch a basketball game with her best friend Andi who also has a son named Caleb. The boys loved basketball a lot, the Knicks was Kaiser's favorite team they were playing tonight so they decided to take them to the game.
"Come on Booga time to take your bath" she says entering his playroom
"here I come" he replies
Fatima gave Kaiser a bath, fixed his hair and changed his clothes, she also took a shower got dressed, fixed her hair and did her makeup then they left out the house on their way to the stadium
IN THE CAR:
"Moma is Auntie A and Caleb going to be there?" he asks
"Yes Booga they will be there" she replies
"Yes!, I can't wait to see them"
"Me too bab-, oh there she goes calling me right now" she says as a FaceTime call from Andi come through
"Hey Auntie" Kaiser screams
"Hi Kai, ohhhh you look good boy your moma did her big one" Andi says
"And did" Fatima says "where is Caleb" she asks
"Girl he back there knocked out cold but imma wake him up cause we are like 5 minutes away" Andi says laughing
"Oh I'm also 5 minutes away" Fatima says looking at her GPS "we should be arriving at the same time" she adds
"Okay girl, text me when you get here I'll wait so we can head in together" Andi says before the call ends
After 4 minutes they both pull up at the stadium together, they got out their cars, got the boys out and headed inside the stadium. Fatima managed to get them good seats right behind where the players sit. When they entered, the stadium was packed well it was indeed a big game cause the New York Knicks was playing against Chicago Bulls, they found their seats.
