"Okay bye have a good date. And don't forget to use protection" I said to my best friend Aada as she left my office. Oh god, I wish I had a life like hers full of excitement and fun, but here I am working in my office alone on my 21st birthday. If only I had a better way to celebrate it. Anyways get back to work Teja.

After several hours...

Ufff it's dark now I should probably go home anyways I'm done for the day. As I was packing my stuff I noticed a silhouette appearing on my front door that was slowing coming towards me. With a firm voice, I said," hey whoever is this I'm closing the office just leave and maybe we can talk tomorrow but for now it's closed so bye." But it seemed like he wasn't understanding whatever I was saying cause he was still moving forward so I repeated myself, " hey can't u hear I said we are closed come tomorrow" but still no change of action just a chuckle from him. And soon he was standing a few meters away from me his brown eyes were shining in the moonlight making his face look prettier.

"I'm not here for your office work love." He said in a deep husky tone that send shivers down my spine. "Th-then what are u here for and don't even think about any funny business I know karate okay!" I replied in a threatening tone. "haha...you are so funny darling anyways happy birthday Tejasswi" he said smirking at me.

"wait how do u know my name and that today's my birthday when I don't even know you? And first of all who are you and what are your intentions!?"

"Well, I'm Karan.Karan Kundrra. and I'm here to take you with me." he said with a serious face.

"Are you crazy, why would I go with you a complete stranger? Now are leaving or should I show you my karate skills?" I replied with an angry tone.

"Sweetie, I'm not asking," he said and started moving closer to me taking this as a cue I started running towards the exit.

But I guess it was too late cause suddenly two figures appeared in front of me that held me on my spot making it impossible for me to move.

"why are u making it hard for us Tejasswi, we don't want to hurt you cause you are my mate and I was waiting for your 21st birthday cause that's when u get all your power," he said coming forward to where the two guys were holding me.

"ugh, what bullshit are you talking about. please let me go-" with that, I start kicking them and successfully escape them but then Karan suddenly appears in front of me, "not so fast my love," he says and then suddenly I start seeing black spots and finally go into the world of darkness.
