Luz's POV
We just got back from the human realm. And everything has changed...
"Is it normally like this?"
"No... Not at all"
Suddenly everyone hears walking from the forest. Everyone goes into a fighting position. A VERY tall woman emerges from the forest. She has a mask that has lights on it on her face. And she is overall dressed in black with black gloves. She has a confident pose and axe on her back. She also has a sword on her hip. She has long hair that fades in between black and white with a high, bright red ponytail in the back that matches the length of the rest of her hair. And I will admit, she looks really cool.
"The collector has taken over the Isles. The best guess is to go to Hexside."
"Who are you? How do we know we can trust you?"
"My name is Booran. And I'm not here to fight. And you can't trust me. You just met me?"
Amity glares at her.
"Calm down, mittens I'm not going to attack you."
Her eyes widen. "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT NICKNAME?"
"Sweet potato Its fine we can get answers soon."
"I promise it's a good idea to go to Hexside."
"Why? What happened?"
"The collector took over the titan head and has everyone- hostage in a way."
"We have to help!"
"That a suicide mission, but I will tag along. For being a young ball of energy, he is very strong."
"Well Booran, thank you for joining us!"
"We need to get going." Hunter says aggressively.
"Calm down, Birdy."
Hunter automatically looks up at her.
"Y'know, I can explain what the collector is fully and what he has to do with the isles."
"Oh please do tell us!"
All of us start walking into the town. Hunter has a firm look on his face.
"I personally knew phillip and caleb."
Everyone automatically looks at her.
"What do you mean you knew them? Caleb is dead."
"But still I knew them. I grew up with them!"
I automatically get a chill down my spine.
"How? Phillip is years old."
"Well hes not the only one that can live to 300."
No one says anything until hunter looks around the corner.
"Somethings coming."
"Witches?"
"Demons?"
"It looks like we need to RUN"
he starting running and a blue wave that has a bunch of stars with it splashes down the corner and we all pile into an ally. I hold onto amity in a protective way.
Soon enough the water? Goes away. We see the collector and king. I tear up. King? They start talking about stuff but it's all a blur to me. King called him his best friend. Does it have to do with mind control? Is he okay? Suddenly I get trapped on the shoulder.
"Dont touch her!"
"Cool it mittens, I was trying to stop her from having a panic attack. I deal with those quite commonly. You okay, star?"
"Why did you call me star?"
"Well I make nicknames for everyone because learning names is so bleh."
"What's my nickname!?" Gus says excitedly.
"Captain Avery."
Gus jumps up and down in excitement.
She smirks.
We walk out of the hiding spot.
"What happened?"
"The collector. I would recommend to come with us."
All of us look up and see that one kid gus talks with.
Everyone looks at each other.
*Timeskip after they talked to boshca*
"Shes so-"
"Amity, its fine, calm down."
She sighs.
"Shes right. We won't get anywhere by letting our emotions get the best of us. Right, birdy?"
Hunters head snaps to look at us.
"We might be able to teleport to the titan head. That's where the collector and king are, right?"
"Correct. We can find it in your memories."
"We can go in the secret room I got?"
"That could be helpful."
We start walking to the room.
Amity's POV
"So, where are you from, 'Booran'?"
"Somewhere far away. I doubt you would know the place."
"What connections do you have to our group?"
"I want to tag along and protect to guys.-"
"We are perfectly capable of doing that ourselves."
"Oh are you? I've seen the collectors powers up close. He is not some one you can handle."
"I dont believe you."
"You dont have to. I'm just saying that it's the right decision."
"Luz, if were going through your memories, can we go through hers, too?"
"If she wants to? I cant make her."
"If it makes you trust me, I'm willing."
