I wake up to a sliver of light shining through the curtains. I turn around to look for Theo but he was nowhere to be found. His spot in bed was warm , indicating that he had been there recently. I got out of bed and walked down three flights of stairs, looking for Theo.

I smelled a delicious scent coming from the kitchen. I walked in and saw Theo sitting by the counter, sipping coffee from a mug.

I sit down next to him, suddenly overwhelmed by the delicious scent.

"Mmm, what is that scent?" I was starving and could barely resist it.

"Good morning to you, too." Theo smiled, continuing to drink his coffee and stare down at me.

I rolled my eyes and walked over to where the house elf was cooking food.

"Good morning miss" she squeaked, leaving a plate and scurrying away. I was about to thank her but she was gone before i could say a word.

I took the plate of food and went to sit by Theo again. It seemed like he didn't want to talk about last night.

"What are your plans for today?" Theo asked.

"Nothing, probably going to read a few books to catch up on the school that got cut off due to the war." I lied.

I was going to go to a bar. I knew how much Theo hated my drinking habits , so of course i couldn't tell him.

He nodded. I could tell he didn't believe me.

"Draco is coming over later today."

I cringed slightly, recalling our last conversation. Standing there awkwardly for a moment and muttered a quick "yes" then walked back to my room.

I know i left Theo feeling confused.

After a few hours i decided I'd leave to go get a drink now. Mr Nott didn't have any alcohol in the fucking manor so I'm forced to go somewhere public.

Speaking of Mr Nott, i haven't met him for a while.

I felt that wave of depression rolling over me again. I was finally starting to get over things but the memories always resurfaced. Late night star
Gazing helped a lot.

I wrapped my scarf around my neck and put on my winter boots. I grabbed my wand, shoving it into my pocket, and left my room.

I went downstairs to the fireplace so that i could Apparate from the fireplace. I walked in and realized i wasn't alone. Sitting on the couch, his legs resting on the coffee table in front of him. It was Draco. A cigarette was hanging out of his lips as he stared blankly into the fire.

Shit, i forgot Draco was coming.

I stared at him for a moment. He was still facing away from me, not noticing me standing close by. I hesitated then decided to go and sit next to him.
