Tate looks at Alli and Luke in disbelief. "What the fuck you guys?"

"Listen man," Luke says, "Do not speak a work of this to anyone especially Hannah."

"You're cheating on your girlfriend, Luke!" Tate shouts. "How do you expect me not to tell anybody?"

"She knows and hasn't said anything," Luke points at me.

Tate glances at me and shakes his head. "Is he being for real? Did you know about this shit?"

"Um," I glance at Alli, "Yeah I saw them a few days ago."

"And you didn't tell Hannah?"

"No, Tate," I sigh, "I didn't know what to do."

"Oh, here's an idea, Bella," he says, "Tell somebody when they're getting cheated on."

Alli and Luke choose that moment to walk out of the room since Tate's attention is on me now.

Tate looks at me sincerely. "I'm sorry," he says, "I didn't mean to be rude to you, but I just don't like seeing a good person get cheated on."

"You want to know why I can't tell her?"

He nods.

"Well, back in high school, my best friend was sleeping with my boyfriend. One of my other friends told me, and now we no longer speak. I just don't want Hannah to hate me for telling her."

"Trust me," he says, "Hannah would much rather you tell her than let her find out later."

"I guess," I sigh.

Tate hugs me. "Bella, whoever that asshole was that cheated on you is stupid. You deserve better than that, and I promise you will find it one day. Who knows? Your soulmate might be closer than you think."

I laugh. "Alright, let's go find Hannah."

Tate and I leave the room and go to find Hannah. Of course, Luke is right by her side.

Tate and I look at each other and nod. It's almost like we read each other's minds.

"Yo, Luke," Tate pats him on the back. "Want to go play beer pong?"

"Go on, baby," Hannah smiles, "I wanna talk to my roomie."

Tate and Luke go off into another room. I guess it's now or never.

"Han, can we talk in private really quick?"

"Yeah, follow me." I follow Hannah into another bedroom where nobody is.

"Okay, so," I sigh, "This is really hard, but I know you need to know this. I caught Luke cheating on you the other day and tonight."

"What? Actually? Why are you just now telling me?"

"Well, I can explain that actually." I tell her the story about my high school boyfriend and best friend.

"Oh," she sighs, "I get it."

"Well, do you want me to tell you who the girl he was with was?"

"Who, Luke?"

"Yeah, it just might hurt a little more."

"No, I know it's Alli."

"What? How do you know?"

"Alli told me about their history together, and I could always tell she still had feelings for him even when she was with Chris."

"Did you know that Luke was cheating on you?"

"No, I had a suspicion recently, but I have been ignoring it."

"Han, I am so sorry."

She smiles. "It's okay, I will be fine."

I hug her and nod. "You've got this."

"Now, I need to go and find Luke to dump his ass."

Hannah walks out of the room, and I go find a drink.

"Hey," Alli walks up next to me.

"Hi," I hand her a cup.

"Where'd Hannah run off to?"

"Um," I sigh, "I'm sorry, but I told her."

She shakes her head and lets out a sigh. "I understand, but I wish I could've told her."

"I don't think she's mad at you honestly," I pat her on the shoulder, "She seemed madder at Luke."

"But I'm her best friend and did that shit to her."

Alli looks nervous as Hannah walks towards us. Hannah realizes Alli is next to me, and I hear her let out a sigh.

"Han," Alli says, "Can I just say how sorry I am?"

"You should be fucking sorry," Hannah shouts.

I notice a few people in the room staring at the situation. Of course we are in an extremely crowded room.

"You know we have history!" Alli shouts.

"So, because you have a history with my boyfriend, you chose to sleep with him multiple times!"

"Hannah, you know I can't control it. I was going through all this shit with Chris, and Luke was there for me."

"Well, guess what Alli? You can have my fucked up sloppy seconds now. He is all yours. I never want to see your face again!"

Hannah storms off. Alli looks at me for help.

"Hey," I say, "Not my problem. You're the one sleeping with your best friend's boyfriend."

"You know Bella," she rolls her eyes at me, "You are starting to become a real bitch."

"Hey, what did you just call her?" I hear somebody say, and I realize it's Seth when I look up.

"A bitch," Alli laughs, "Who are you? Her new boyfriend since Tate doesn't want her?"

I know that Alli is drunk right now and emotional but calling me out is messed up. She's the one who did something terrible.

"No," Seth says, "I'm not her boyfriend. I'm just her friend, and she is not a bitch. In fact, Bella is probably one of the best people I know, and we just met."

"Whatever, I'm going to find some normal people to talk to." Alli leaves, and I couldn't be more grateful.

"Thanks, Seth, for saying that."

I hug Seth. Of course, as I do, somebody notices and starts to storm over.

"Get away from my girl!" I hear Tate shout.

Great.
