As a burgundy haired male sat but they lake as quiet sobs exited his mouth "Why didn't I listen!" his sobs becoming louder by the second "Hey kid" The boy turned his head in shock before rubbing away his tears "sorry i-i didn't see you there" The hooded figure slowly sat next to the burgundy "Kid you know it's okay to cry right?" The burgundy male then smiled before saying "yea i-i know it's just that I thought he'd be the one hehe" The male then looks down "sounds I was wrong." The hooded figure slowly smiled then patted his head while humming a song and watching as the river made calming noises. The hooded male then stopped singing as the faint sounds of snoring escaped the younger males mouth. 'Cute' thought the hooded figure before falling asleep
(TIMESKIP: MORNING)
"Hey wake up" Said the burgundy haired male "wha?" said the Hooded figure. The burgundy haired then slowly stands up before saying "Sorry i got to go giyu-san might be worried" He then started running away before the hoodie figure grabbed him "Tell me your name before you leave" The burgundy haired male sighed "Tanjiro" The hoodie figure smiled "Tanjiro I'll see you tomorrow night" Tanjiro smile "And you?" "Akaza" "We'll meet again akaza-san" " I'll count on that tanjiro" They both part ways as the hoodie figures slowly return's back to the infinity fortress as the sun starts to shine
AKAZA POV
I slowly enter the room as I see douma my least favorite person in the entire world
