It was my first day at Mandarin Beach High.
My tired mother, along with my three irritating siblings, dropped me off. I gave my mother a quick kiss and hopped out of the car. I walked up to the stairway that led to the entrance of the school. There were girls giving me dirty looks, and I had no idea why. They were all so much prettier than me. Being a 5'2, mixed girl with Brown eyes, and big thighs.
When I entered the school, the first thing I did was trip. All of a sudden, I was in a pair of tattoed, muscular arms. I look up to see the person who saved me from my fall, only to see the most beautiful blue eyes I've ever seen.
Then I remembered where I am, and stand up quick. I look around and everyone is watching the freshman who fell on the first day, in her first seconds. I look back to the blue eyed boy, mumble my thank you, and run down the hall to my locker.
I get to my locker, only to see my best friend Haley standing at the locker to the left of it.
"OMG Chanel, we're locker twins!" She yells excitedly.
"Yayyyy." I say not too convincingly.
"What's wrong?" Haley asks.
"Oh, nothing, I just fell into a stranger's arms in front of 100 people!" I whisper yell.
"Everyone will forget about it by first period." She sighs. We close our lockers, then head to Ms. Driver's biology class.
When we arrive to biology, everyone is already seated. Most people are talking, others texting, and some taking selfies. We see our other friend Aubrey with an empty seat next to her. Haley decides to sit with her instead. Bitch. I say in my head. There's only two seats left, so I must sit in the back by myself. Two minutes later, the blue eyed boy walks in as the bell rings. The only empty seat is next to me. He casually strolls over and sits next to me.
He leans over and whispers "So we meet again." Then grins like it's the best joke in the world.
