After that day, Sam and Miss.Davis never spoke again except for lessons and her calling out Sam whenever she paid no attention. They both kept the distance and pretended like nothing happened between them.
At college, Miss.Davis was considered one of the most intimidating teachers and a very strict one. Students obeyed her instructions and actually paid attention during lessons. She had that cold aura around her. In the first few weeks of her being part of Rhodes University, she really made that impression amongst both the students and colleagues.

Sam's POV
It's been two months since I started in Rhodes University... I am getting more and more comfortable around new people,studies and my boss Irene is really understanding and helps me with the shifts as well and the job is helping me too. I made some new friends through Scylla and Yuna by going to parties and hangouts and they all are good ones to be around. So it feels settled I guess. It should feel settled. But my mind still longs for something. Or should I say someone. Even though we kept our distance from each other as she wanted, nobody could deny the tension between us . She purposefully avoided me at any chance she could, still called me out on every little distractions I had in class. She wouldn't even look at me in class but still gave me secret glances at the cafeteria. She was really confusing me. I know she is my teacher and having any kind of relationship between us other than that might sound weird. But I wanted to know her.. If I could, I wanna be at least a friend to her.
"Somebody is in love"
Irene said bringing me back from my thoughts...she was staring at me with a meaningful smirk ... During these past months, we both got closer, she is like an elder sister to me... She is actually from Busan which was great because we could talk in Korean... Me being a k-drama lover was so eager to learn Korean since I was 12. I wanted to be an exchange student in Korean University and visit the places that had the little Sam excited. So, having both Yuna and Irene unnie with me made me so excited...
well, speaking of Irene unnie, she is in her late twenties, owns the flower shop which is quite successful, also a great singer. She is in a popular music band around here.
"Uhh unnie , sorry I was just thinking..Its nothing like that"
"If you say so Sam. Anyways, there are some things I need to sort out about the upcoming show... Stay at the desk for a few, okay?"
"Sure boss ... By the way you look beautiful today."
"Aww thanks Sam... Also ,whoever it is that got you thinking like that, she must be a good one ... Tell you what, don't waste your time thinking....Just follow your heart"
She said patting my head lightly... It felt so nice to have her by my side like a sister, she reminded me of him...
"She is unnie... But the circumstances are making it hard..." I replied, I could make out the hint of sadness in my voice..
"야, 괜찮을 거예. 만약 그녀가 당신을 위한 사람이라면, 그것은 모두 함께 올 것입니다
"고마워 언니 " I replied giving her a hug.
"Ok then... I should go.... Take care"

After Irene unnie left I arranged the pre orders for the day and went to the desk. I busied myself with sorting out some orders and such until someone entered the shop...
"Goodmorning, welcome to Enchanted Gardens , what can----I --"
