This book is about teens who are either in or have some sort of entanglement with the death of Brianna the sister of 2 and best friend of 2 as well. These teens try to figure out this murder with or without the help of the police...

Brianna pov;
I had woken up from another one of my nightmares, After my mom and dad died in that horrible car crash that's all I could think of, dream of, hearing the screams and screeching of the tires while the car was swerving and fell into the river right off the bridge while I and my sisters were the only ones to escape, and then all the pressure on me since I was the oldest and the only one who would have to take care of my 2 sisters, I was only a kid, how could I raise 2 other kids?
After that car crash me and my sisters were placed into foster care and were split up, but we never got out of contact and eventually as we grew older moved into our own place together
I checked my phone to see the time and the time read 6:30 a.m. I felt like I was gonna have a panic attack, those were normal for me, it was a way to cope but I wish it was a better way, that way I wouldn't have to fight for every breath I take while I sit on the floor wondering and blaming myself while struggling and fighting to stay alive
I snapped out of my trance and got up to get ready for school since I kinda slept over my alarm, as I went to check and see if my sisters were awake.

We arrived at school and all went our separate ways after saying our goodbyes and telling each other we were gonna meet at lunch or after school
My first class happened to be math and since our first day back from our break I had to get back into the groove and focus hard so that I could take care of my sisters
I walked into class and sat at my seat in the middle row of the classroom taking out my notebook a mechanical pencil and my homework
I was determined to get straight to work with no distractions, but I was in for a treat
"Hey bri! How was your break?" Lyric asked as she sat in her seat right next to me
"It was ok.." "I'm doing better" I said "How was your break lyric?" I asked my friend
"Oh it was the same ole same ole, you know how my parents can be, I mean you've seen it first hand, but on the good side I made new pieces for my website and they're already getting sold!!" Lyric said
"Well that's good" I replied while we went to do our work that the teacher had just assigned

"It's sad we didn't get lunch with Brady" Boston said while stuffing her face with the leftovers we had from last night Wich we're buffalo wings and French fries
"Yea I agree but we'll see her after school. I hope she makes more friends Yk how she's been" I said while stealing one of my sisters French fries and eating it
"Yea, we should maybe talk to her about that, her boyfriend is really the person she got, he her only friend and it's kinda sad bc she need girls to talk to, not just us" Boston replied
