Leyma was currently flying with the rest of her family, patrolling the mountains before hearing Lo'ak's voice in her comms. Her ears flattened on her head when she heard that her siblings and Spider were at the old shack.
"Son, you listen to me very carefully. Pull back right now, do not make a sound-," before Jake could continue, Leyma pressed into her comms.
"I swear to Eywa, Lo'ak if you die, I'm asking Eywa to bring you back to life so I can take it!"
The twins and the parents could hear snickering from around Lo'ak. Neytiri watched as her daughter's hand twitched towards the side of her stomach. Leyma dived towards the old shack, her brother and parents following.
As the eclipse was happening, the forest began to light up into its colours. The twins and their parents landed their banshees in one of the trees, all grabbing their weapons once they hopped off.
"No, no, you stay with the Ikran." Jakes orders his sons, seeing him about to follow them.
"I'm a warrior like you and Leyma gets to go," Neteyam argues pointing to his older twin who gripped her bow harder, "I'm supposed to fight."
"Neteyam," Neytiri says softly towards her son making the boy stare at her.
"Leyma isn't coming with," her daughter immediately sounded her protest, Jake hushed her as soon as her voice reached her ears, "I don't want to hear it, understood? Now, I'm going to say to again."
His voice was stern as he looked between his oldest children, they both nodded and walked over to their Ikran to softly pat them. Jake and Neytiri walked off into the rainforest with the thought that their children would stay.
Once the two didn't see their parents, they shared a look and followed after their parents, throwing away any fear or second thoughts.
...
The rain started to fall upon the Pandora forest, the forest going dark as the rain drowned the light away. Quaritch felt someone staring at him and looked into the bushes, squinting his eyes to see against the rain, he saw pale green eyes.
Staring at the eyes that he thought his human form killed, he then realised that the owner of the eyes was a girl as her face came into view before disappearing back into the forest.
"Watch our six," the colonel states to an avatar who was holding Lo'ak. The avatar moved away from the group. A gun was aimed at Lo'ak making Leyma yips as she quietly climbed a tree.
Upon hearing this Neytiri leaned her back against her tree and faced the environment looking for her daughter, making a yip noise herself. The teens and Tuk tensed when they heard the two familiar calls. Neytiri glanced to a spot of blue skin a few metres away, her daughter stood aiming her arrow at a soldier holding Tuk.
Gaining her daughter's attention, she signalled that they shoot at the same time. The girl nodded and aimed again letting the arrow fly loose, hitting Tuk's holder in the neck. Neytiri's arrow killed Kiri's holder.
Soon enough a green gas filled the clearing, same with guns firing around the area. Leyma struggled to see where her siblings went but a voice made her push herself into the tree trunk as she eyes her mother.
Quaritch looked at the two arrows that killed his comrades. The familiar green and yellow feather at the end of one arrow made his heart pick up the pace. The avatar unclipped the finished amo and clicks another in place while looking among the tree line.
"Is that you Mrs Sully?" He calls out, his voice being heard by the mother, "I recognise that calling card."
Neytiri doesn't answer the man as she stays behind the tree trunk. The avatar hand signals to the remaining comrades getting him to move into the forest. "Why don't you come out, Mrs Sully? You and I have some unfinished business."
