You're late

Chapter 3: Noel's has a disease

Noel stands up and about to go school, when he suddenly fell unconscious. When he woke up he was at the hospital's bed.

" Oh, you're awake " said by the nurse beside her, " wait a little I will call the doctor " said by her with a smile.

A moment later the doctor arrived, " You are really awake, someone brought you here saying that they saw you unconscious in a street, they brought you here " said by the doctor
" It looked like you fell unconscious because of a lot stress, there also one reason we discover that you have a stage 4 tumor ". Noel was shocked because of what the doctor said " that can't be how did I have that? " he said to the doctor, " did you feel any pain for the past months in your head or other parts of your body? ". Noel remembered he sometimes feels pain inside his head but he ignored it knowing that it is only because he lacks of sleep.

" I remembered I sometimes feels pain in my head and also in my chest but I thought that was only because I lacks sleep and exercise " said by Noel to the doctor, " do still remember when it started or how did it start? ". Noel tried to remember it " I remember now the pain started 3 months before ".

" hmm, do you know how you got it, is there anyone in your family that has a diseased like this? " asked by the doctor to Noel. " No I can't remember any of our family has a disease like this! " reply by Noel, " and I can't remember how I got it maybe because I over work myself ".

Noel didn't know that because he was too crazy of Mike he sometimes forgot to sleep. He always woke up early to prepare for Mike's lunch that he sometimes forgot to take care of himself.

I'm still learning you know and I'm not that good at english I hate english but I love it too hahaha how to put it just it's hard for me to cope up with english hahaha and I know what you're thinking like " then why don't you just write in your own language " haha its because I want to challenge myself and one more reason its because it is easy for me to create a story when I use english hahaha nahihirapan ako gumawa ng story kapag ito ginagamit ko pero nakakagawa parin naman ako ( I have a hard time creating story using tagalog or Filipino but I can still create it😁) Thank you for understanding....
