ch. 5

lee know couldn't take his lips off of yours, his hands trailing all over your figure. he had waited and dreamed of the moment he got to hold you and kiss you whenever he wanted. however, you needed air, badly. you leaned back into the pillow and pulled away from him, trying to catch your breath, but he wouldn't let you. lee know smashed his mouth back onto yours, eager and hungry for your love. 

"lee know..." you tried saying against his lips. it seemed as if something clicked in him. he immediately backed away, red covering his face. he was also trying to catch his breath at that point. 

"(y/n)... i'm so... sorry..." he said in between breaths. 

"it's fine, i guess." you said, finally getting your oxygen back. awkwardness filled in the air as you got up from the bed and sat straight up. you turned your gaze to lee know, who looked like he was regretting everything he did. 

"hey, i said it's fine. don't dwell on it. it was probably... just the tension." you said, quoting jeongin's hurtful explanation.

"didn't jeongin say that?" he caught on.

"yeah, he did."

"i know your kiss wasn't just the tension." he admitted sadly. 

"lee know, this is your quality time. quit talking about the other members." you comforted him. you were going to keep a look out on the consequences that came with your deal more often, and that would now include not being extremely intimate with one of them in front of the others. he smiled a little before grabbing your hand and pushing you back onto the bed. your heart was practically jumping. at least you were prepared now? lee know noticed the nervous expression on your face and let out a laugh. 

"don't worry, i'm not going to do that again." he said, laying down next to you before engulfing you in a hug. he wrapped his arms tightly around you, as if he were afraid to let you go. you hugged him back, inhaling his scent. it was nice, like some sort of berry mix. 

lee know looked down at you, as he brushed some of your hair off of your face and kissed your forehead.

"you're really gorgeous. did anyone ever tell you that?"

"no, i don't think so." 

lee know looked at you with shock in his eyes. 

"seriously? no one's ever called you gorgeous?"

you laughed at his question and hugged him tighter, leaving your head in his neck.

"of course people have called me gorgeous. the other members have. but no one's called me really gorgeous." you giggled to yourself at your joke. lee know picked your head up to face him as a small smile played up on his face. 

"wow, you're so funny." he said, sarcasm dripping off of his words. you ended up laughing even more at the look on his face. lee know was intoxicated by your laughter, so he joined. 

you two ended up laughing and wasting time talking about different things for 30 minutes straight. you heard your phone buzz suddenly, and pulled away from lee know to check the notification, but he pulled you back. the laughter had stopped, and lee know's gaze had shifted into something unreadable. 

"(y/n), you know i love you, right?"

"of course i do. i love you too, and all the other members." you responded, slightly curious as to why he had asked you for confirmation.

"no, (y/n). i want you to love me more than the others. i want to be your first priority. i want to be on your mind every day of every minute of every second. i want to be your source of happiness. i want you to be mind, and i want to be yours. please, make it official with me. there's nothing else i want. who cares if we're idols? we'll find a way, i promise you. the others can kiss my ass. i don't care about their feelings towards you. i love you, so so much. i love you more than i love myself. i can't help it, all i want to do is spend my life loving you." lee know confessed. he was extremely genuine with every word he said, and it showed. you looked at him, misfortune glinting in your eyes.
