Chapter 4: Friends?

{Toxic's POV}
I woke to the door opening and slamming closed. My mom doesn't hear so I wonder downstairs to see daddy...drunk? I turn away to go back to the attic but only to get pulled back by daddy.
"W-What are you d-doing?" I stuttered my words.
"Happy Birthday sweetheart~" I heard slurs in daddy's voice.
"D-Dad?"
"Yes?~"
"W-What are y-you-" Before I could finish I see dad pull down his pants. I screamed seeing his 'friend' causing Ma to wake up and run downstairs.
"Toxic!!!" My mother screams and runs to me and grabs me back from daddy.
"WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING TO TOXIC SAM?! Toxic run to your room!" I did as told and ran. I didn't wanna get r...r-raped... I lay in bed once I reach my room. I listen carefully at Mom and Dad.
"TELL ME!!"
"I was just giving her a present~"
"NO!! YOU WERE GONNA RAPE HER!!"
"No I wasn't!"
"YES YOU WERE!!!"
"Darlene, I wasn't!"
"Likely story, Sam! We are done! I'm getting a divorce!"
"Fine! I can't even deal with your crap!"
"Go!" And with that I hear dad leave the house and my mom crying. Poor mom... Then I hear mom walk up the stairs and I immediately sleep.

~~~Next Day~~~

{Foxy's POV}
A new day, new performance fer them little pirates. I just hope Toxic comes (That's What She Said) so I can talk to her. She may be a shy lass but she is amazing. That's when I hear Freddy walk over.
"Foxy? You there?" I open my curtain to see Freddy.
"Aye... Why lad?" I ask.
"Toxic won't be coming today. Her mother said that she is sick..."
"Sick? The poor lass can't be sick!"
"Well, she is" Damn the lass. I nod at Freddy letting him know to leave me be.
'You should visit her Foxy' My thoughts say.
'Why should I do that?'
'Because, you can hang out with her more~'
'Look, I don't want to be-'

I see Mike open my curtain looking at me. I growled at him making him back up.
"What do ye want Mike!" I ask annoyed.
"Whoa... All I'm saying is that you can go outside to see this Toxic girl" I smile at what he said and run to the entrance and out the door.

I walk forever trying to find her until I hear a sneeze. I whip my head back to see the lass in her yard. I run up to her and kneel down.
"Lass?" To my surprise the lass hugs me.
"Hey Foxy!" I chuckle to her and let go of the embrace. I hear the lass cough and I give her a worried look.
"Ye alright lass?" She gives me a calm look.
"I'm fine..." I wasn't convinced.
"No ye ain't!"
"I'm fine Foxy! Trust me..."
"Ye are sick. And you think that I can believe you when you are sick?" My voice goes from pirate to normal human voice. Toxic looks at me confused but nods.

I get up and start to walk until she pulls on my hook. I look down at her and stare at her red eyes. I snap out of it and look at her.
"Don't leave me Foxy..." I see the sadness in her eyes and sit back down.
"Look Toxic, you are sick and you say that you are fine. You aren't and you need my help..." She sneezes and turns away from me.

{Toxic's POV}
I sneeze and turn away from him. Why is Foxy acting strange? He's talking like an actual human... I feel a hand on my shoulder and turn my head back to Foxy.
"Lass, I be sorry if I be acting strange and serious. Just wanted ye to come see me today..." I swear I saw a light shade of pink on his face. Though he is an animatronic so...
"It's fine Foxy..." I cough and lay on the grass looking up at the clouds.
"Ye know... Me be thinking... Maybe we could... Be friends?" That shocked me. I looked up at him and replayed what he said in my mind.
"Friends?" He nods at my question.
"Aye lass..."
"Sure!! I love new friends!" I immediately embraced him and we stayed like that forever. A friend... A pirate friend...
