Amelia POV: Dad and I have just pulled up after going out for some lunch together. As we walk to the front door, something seems strange. I see light coming from the back of the front room. "Dad, is the light on?" He smiles and says "go have a look Amy." I walk into the room and see Jordan there, I scream "you're back" I run up to him and hug him tight kissing him, then the room lights up with the letters behind, I look at them then he drops to one knee, pulling out the most beautiful ring ever, I gasp in shock as he starts saying "Amelia Southgate, A year ago today, I was lucky enough, to have you say yes to being mine, I fell in love with you ever so easily and quickly, I fell in love with your beauty both inside and out, I fell in love with your kindness, the way your smile lights up the whole room, the way you make me smile and laugh. I love that ever since meeting you, you've not left my brain, you are all I think about. Ever since I met you, I've never felt happier in my life. We've had bumps in the road along our journey but we've overcome them, stronger and closer. I love you now and I'll love you always. Will you agree to be mine forever and ever, will you marry me?" Tears are streaming down my face, I nod and smile, "yes J, I'll marry you" I say and he places the ring on my finger, then kisses me deeply and hugs me. All of a sudden the main lights go on and all of the lads are in the room, my dad is still watching and has tears. "You all knew about this?" I say and they all nod and cheer, coming over to congratulate us. Dad comes over to me first and I hug him tight, "congratulations darling" I thank him and he looks at the ring, then I say "did you know?" He nods and smiles, "Jordan spoke to me the night before he left, he asked if it was okay." I hug dad again before he goes to congratulate Jordan. After lots of hugs and congratulations, the boys head home and I thank them all for being here. We say we'll see them all soon, for the gender reveal next week, just before they all go back to training. Soon it's just Jordan and I, laying in bed, I'm in his arms and everything seems perfect. "I've missed you so much" Jordan says to me as he cuddles down to me and kisses me, I smile into the kiss, then say "I've really missed you too baby. I've really missed something else too but i understand if you're too tired" I finish my sentence giggling. He laughs and says "never too tired for that baby, not when it comes to you" he rolls above me and we celebrate our engagement properly. -The next day- We've both woke up and decided that we'll have a lazy day indoors today, and we're going to announce our engagement online. This will also end the speculation that Liverpool left Jordan behind as he didn't travel with the team. Instagram
