SAY IT RIGHT- Sunlike Brothers, Micano
Liana POV:
People tend to think that the devil has no heart. That he was born to destroy. They fear what they don't know about him, they believe the negative, the parts of the story where he only shows his calamity. They never understand or question what got him to this point. What drove him to be such a monster. They are unaware of the fact that monsters are created from what the devil has faced to be the way he is. He is brought up in a world full of nothing but disaster, fear and violence. The pit he fell into was so dark that the innocence of him is dead.
After seeing a slither of the vulnerability in Christopher I have decided to take my psychological analysis approach different. Maybe my questions are not broad enough. I am surprised I am actually not dead after the time we had sex last week. But seeing that he seems to stick to the deals he makes, this was his deal. That may not stop him though. Besides I didn't know we would have sex multiple times. It surprised me, so maybe he will, but he is hiding it from me. I'm just trying to be cautious.
Stop overthinking Liana. He doesn't seem that bad for a cold hearted killer.
You haven't seen that side of him yet Latvia. He is temperamental.. don't you get that!
I roll my eyes at her as I get up from my couch and walk to the kitchen to prepare a dinner for myself. It's been three weeks since I have heard from Christopher. He randomly disappeared telling me that he needs to go on a business trip. I'm pretty pissed off because I'm missing home and this process of him getting better is being delayed and also I am bored as hell. I have traveled a few places within the area but the town is small so there isn't much that the local stores offer.
I think I need to go to that club again. But then again I might run into Alèx and I am not prepared to be in that kind of situation. Wait- I could call that girl Mara. Instantly I feel bad that I haven't gotten ahold of her in so long, well, after Christopher smashed my phone.
Right away I pick up the new phone I replaced my old one with and called her. After the third ring I got and answer. "Hello, Mara speaking?"
"Hey, it's Liana.. from the club a w-"
I don't even get to finish my sentence when I hear her squeal."OMG! I have been waiting for your call girl! We HAVE to meet up!"
I chuckle into the phone at how bubbly she is. "Yes about that.. how does tonight sound?"
"Oh definitely girl! Where do you want to meet?"
"How's about where we met? I don't know this place well enough to wander around in the dark?"
"Yes yes of course! I'll meet you there at 8.30?"
"Of course! See you then Mara!"
"Bye girl!"
I end the call with a smile on my face. And rush to get ready because I only have an hour and a half.
*At the club*
I enter the club for the second time. Looking again at the shape and features of the place. I head for the bar and find Mara almost immediately. She is flirting with a guy, her back is to me. "Mara!" I call but it doesn't seem like she has heard me. I shuffle closer and yell her name again. She turns around and when she sees me her eyes visibly light up.
"OH MY WORD! Lia! You look fantastic!" I wonder how on this planet she is such an outgoing bubbly person. I chuckle at her "Hey! You look stunning yourself Mars!" She giggles at my words as she brings me in for a tight hug. The guy that she was speaking to has now disappeared. Mara doesn't seem to notice as we face the bar, trying to get the bartenders attention.
