~Chapter 11~

Y/n's P.O.V

As I was walking back to my estate from another mission, Ayaka came running towards me to greet and hug me. I already told Ubuyashiki Sama about Ayaka's condition and he understood me. As I hugged back Ayaka she took off her muzzle and said, "Let's have dinner Y/n Nee san!" I giggled at her childish attitude and she shrink into a child size and ran towards the dining table. "Y/n Nee san! I got what you wanted." She then showed me a syringe filled with her demon blood but without the Kibutsuji's curse." "Ayaka, why did you take your blood away from your body?" "It's because I want to help you create peace between demons and humans!" said Ayaka as she grinned like a child. I then sighed and got the syringe and put it safely in a bag. As we were eating there was a knock at the door. I opened it to find Giyuu. "Hi Giyuu!" I smiled warmly at him. "Hello." said Giyuu as he then took of his sandals/zori and placed them on the front entrance of my estate. "Ooooooo Y/n and Giyuu sitting in the tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G first they get married then they have ki-." "Be quiet!." I said while turning red I then stopped turning red after a few minutes and then said to Giyuu, "What brings you here" while drinking some green tea. "Nothing much just wanted to see how you're doing." "Oh alright." said Y/n. "You do know me, Shinobu, and you have a mission to Mount Natagumo tomorrow right?" Giyuu said as he sipped his green tea. "Oh yes." I said as I stood up. "Well good night Giyuu see you tomorrow at the mission." I then gave him a farewell kiss. "Good night to you too." said Giyuu as he put his sandals/zori on and then I bid him farewell.

~The Next Day~

~At Mount Natagumo~

Y/n's P.O.V

I had gotten my bag and gotten ready to go to the mission, once it was time I met Giyuu and Shinobu at the foot of Mount Natagumo. As me, Giyuu, and Shinobu, were running towards where the demon slayers were fighting, I parted to the left, Giyuu went to the north, and Shinobu went to the right. I then saw the boy with the Hanafuda earrings with the lower rank kizuki boy." As I was staring at the spider demon with intense a huge flashback went through my mind.

~Rui's past~

Y/n's P.O.V

I saw myself in a village and there was snow everywhere. I then saw a few kids with snowballs in their hands having a snowball fight, Then I saw the spider demon but as a human getting hit by a snowball tumbling down and turned around to look at the sun. I then saw the mother running towards the boy and said, "Rui! dear your going to catch a cold!" while I followed them the mother said, "It sucks for having a weak body isn't it? you can't even play with your friends." The woman was sad from looking at him. Then the dad arrived and said, "Rui, M/N (mom name) I'm home!" as they were all hugging I could feel a sense of warmth in their family. As it turned night time I saw Muzan Kibutsuji going to the boy and said, "It sucks for having such a sick body that you can't have fun I will give you the healthy body you deserve." And then he turned Rui into a demon. When the parents found out in the next day, they were horrified and the mother was crying. At night, the father came with a knife and said, "Sorry Rui but we'll die along with you too." But they were both killed on his hands. The mother then said softly, "Sorry Rui.... for not... *coughs out blood* giving you a healthy body." And his parents both died. Muzan Kibutsuji went up to him and said, "It's your parents' fault for not accepting who you were." But I could see the pained expression on the boy's face for what he just done.

~Back to Reality~

Y/n's P.O.V

I then saw Tanjiro slicing off Rui's head in front of my eyes I thought Rui was dead until he spoken, "You really think you cut off my head." As I then stood in front of Tanjiro I calmly replied, "Are you in desperate need of a family who loves and protects you?" Rui's eyes were widened as he heard those words. "Spread your wings and fly, don't be a bird who's kept in a cage for so long." I said with a genuine voice because I know what he had gone through. "Miss! that demon is really dangerous!" said Tanjiro. "Don't worry about me." As I then looked at him with kind eyes. "What is your answer?" I asked. "I... I want to be free." said Rui as he looked down on his eyes canceling his blood demon art. "Very well then." I took out the syringe from the bag that contained Ayaka's blood in it and injected it in him.

Rui's P.O.V

As I heard the lady's voice I had recognized it from somewhere. It was warm and bubbly feeling I would get from my parents when they praised me for something. I then felt just a pinch when she injected something in my arm and then my lower rank 5 eye was no more. I then felt an excruciating pain but the woman hugged me which felt like the sunshine that I never felt in over 100+ years. Then memories from my past came rushing into me. I felt like I was going to cry from all the bonds severed from my past family and then when I looked up to the woman she had the same comforting smile like my mom had when she was still alive. My body changed not from a spider form anymore but somewhat like my human form but the only thing that didn't change was that I still had fangs. I then felt feelings that I never had as a demon made from Muzan Kibutsuji which was relief from sorrow.

Tanjiro's P.O.V

When I saw the hashira injecting something into the demon I saw the demon transform into somewhat like a human in a split second but it was still a demon since its scent did not change but the only thing that did change was that there were no more malice and hatred in the scent. Maybe I can ask her if she's interested into turning back Nezuko back to a human again.
