The past returns to haunt

Chapter 5

The next night Galaxy returned to the pizzeria she loved after being discharged from the hospital. Entering the pizzeria she made her way to her office and sat down in the chair smiling.

"Home sweet home." Galaxy said. 

She had no doubt the animatronics would coddle her after they see her arm in a cast and sling plus her black eye. Galaxy really didn't want to tell them anything about the extent of her injuries but they'd want to know. 

The first thing she heard when it hit midnight was chittering. Galaxy smiled and turned to see the Freddles at her feet.  

"HI boys. Where's Plush?" She asked. 

They all pointed to her desk where Plush was sitting with the security tablet in his paws. Galaxy smiled at him. 

"Plush are you trying to do my job." She asked him, taking the tablet from him then picked him up. 

Plush squeaked and carefully climbed up her arm to her shoulder. Galaxy giggled before they heard heavy footsteps. She sighed and turned to the door. 

"And enter the papa bear." Galaxy groaned as Plush patted her head gently. 

Freddy entered the office moments later and froze when he saw his cub. His eyes widened in horror as he stared at Galaxy. 

"What did that monster of a man do to you." He said walking closer to Galaxy. 

He carefully cupped her face in his paws and made sure he didn't touch the stitches on her cheek. 

"Afton better be dead or I will personally hunt him down for this." Freddy growled. 

"I think so. Goldie shoved him into the fire that started in Fazbear Fright." Galaxy replied. 

Freddy then hugged her carefully but tight against his body. 

"Good. However I told you this was dangerous and risky. You shouldn't have gone alone." The bear said. 

"I knew this was gonna happen. Freddy I only got hurt because I fought someone. That happens ok. Besides I'm ok so don't be too angry." Galaxy said with a smile.  

"Fine. But I don't want to ask this but I have to. Why are you covered in more bandages than what you were. More specifically your middle. " Freddy asked. 

"Oh that's because Afton stepped on my ribs. But that wasn't the first time someone did that." The human said making the bear groan. 

"I should not have asked that." He said and Galaxy giggled.  

He then looked at her as she place Plush next to the Freddles. 

"The others want to see you so we better not keep them waiting." Freddy said. 

Galaxy nodded before they left with Plush and the Freddles right behind. When they reach the main area Chica was the first to see them and the first to react to before Foxy and Bonnie. 

"My baby! What did that vile monster do to you!" Chica squawked racing over to Galaxy and hugging her. 

"Chica I'm ok, I promise." Galaxy said as she was smothered by the chicken. 

"You look far from fine." Bonnie deadpanned. 

"And don't bother trying to get Chica to stop lass. It won't work." Foxy said.  

Galaxy huffed before Chica let her go. 

"You sit down and relax while I make you something to eat. I don't trust hospital food." Chica said before heading to the kitchen.
