Izumi Midoriya was a 4 year old girl with long green hair and purple eyes that if looked at the right way they looked as if someone put space in her eyes. Izumi loved hero's, or more like idolised them she hoped in the future she could become a hero and help people. She doesn't really care about being popular like others and just wants to help people. Today she's going to the quirk doctors to find out what her Quirk is, you see Quirks are meta abilities that people manifested 200 years ago they can vary from being able to see through walls to having acidic saliva to even changing you to look like a duck, the point is that Quirks come in all shapes and sizes with different results. Its said that no quirk is alike and everyone is different, anyway I'm getting carried away. Izumi is very excited to get her Quirk as she would be able to start training to become a hero, she's hoping for one like her favourite hero the Number one hero All Might but any Quirk was fine as long as if would mean she could help people. She also wants a Quirk so her bully Katsuki Bakugo will leave her alone as he's always picking on her and since he got his quirk he's been even worse and has even threatened her more then once but she hopes once she gets her quirk he will leave her alone.
Currently Izumi and her mother Inko are waiting on the test results when there names are called.
"Midoriya" a young woman's voice called out
"Sweetie that's us" Inko said to her daughter
"Ok mom" A young Izumi said as mother and daughter walked into a office with the young woman and sat down with the woman sitting at her desk
"So we run your test's and before I tell you the results I would like to ask what are you and her fathers quirks" The young woman asked
"Well my Quirk allows me to draw small objects to me the bigger the object the harder it is" Inko said pulling a pen off the desk towards her to demonstrate
"I see and what about your husband" The woman asked writing it down on a clipboard
"I'm afraid I'm not married and I also don't know who her father is" Inko said Making the young doctor look up at her "I got drunk one right with some friends and ending up sleeping with someone and after that we went our sperate ways. I'm ashamed to say I didn't get his name and don't really remember what he looked like, after that I started having morning sickness and found out I was pregnant with Izumi. I tried finding him after the fact and even asked around about him but couldn't find a trace of him, so I cant say what his Quirk is as from what I can remember he didnt have any obvious mutations" Inko explained looking a little embarrassed at talking about this
"Hmm I see don't worry this isn't the first time something like this has happened and believe me it's better then finding out that your child has a completely different Quirk to yourself but surprisingly as the same Quirk as your next door neighbour" the doctor said with a little amusement in her tone
"Ohh I bet that wasnt a pleasant meeting" Inko said in surprise
"No it wasnt but that's not what we're hear to talk about is it. Why don't we talk about young Izumi's Quirk" The doctor asked getting both Midoriya's attention "Simply put her readings came up Quirkless" the woman said to the shock of both Inko and Izumi
"She's Quirkless" Inko asked while Izumi was trying to wrap her head around what she just heard
"No no no that's what her quirk is called Quirk-less" the doctor said getting confused looks form both of them "Allow me to explain her Quirk allows her to suppress another persons Quirk making it weaker, say if she used it on you the size of object you could move would become smaller" the doctor explained
"Ahh I see Quirk-less as in making the quirk less then it was" Inko said now understanding what the doctor meant
"Umm how do I use it" Izumi asked having now came back from the existential crisis she was having
