A/N
I am so sorry for not doing this in a very long time, I have been depressed and stressed. I'll try to be more vigilant in writing.
I awoke in what appears to be a clinic of sorts. Sitting up I looked around the room. The door slid open and in came a short elderly woman, a syringe in her bun, but also a larger one as a walking stick. Behind her came the same homeless man, who held me in his arms, after my break down, the embrace felt almost as if my father held me., I ran from the other night. "Oh! You're awake, hopefully everything is okay now. Aizawa is here to take you home." Home? I've never had a home. I stopped and looked at the elderly woman, "I don't understand, I've never had a home before," I looked down in my lap.
In my confusion, I remembered the spell that I used to show them my memories. My head hurt pretty bad from probably all of the crying I did. Looking up my eyes turned to the one known as 'Aizawa'. "Come on, you may be older, but not physically. I will be the one keeping an eye on you for the time being." Leaving no room to argue. Before I could even open my mouth, he spoke again, "I'll also be getting you caught up on your education, cause you're going to school," He walked out. Only leaving me scramble after him and stumble after him.
As we walked in silence, it became more awkward than anything I have ever experienced. So, I attempted to start a conversation; FAIL!!! How can it be so hard to start a conversation!? My tail twitched in anticipation, not sure what to think. Instead, I decided to look around us, the busy streets and stores. To be honest, I've never really noticed how crowded it is until now. I very much prefer being away and in an alley.
*Time skip*
We arrived at an apartment building quicker than I expected. The door opened and stepped inside; dark, that is all that I could describe the apartment. "MEOW" After turning the lights on, I looked at what was at my feet. A cat, a beautiful pudgy feline rubbing against my legs, demanding attention. Crouching to its level, I pet its head, feeling the vibrations of its purr, quickly picking up the fur baby.
Finally looking up I spot a small smile on Aizawa's face. Though I say nothing, I turn my head back to the cat in my arms. A clanking of metal draws my attention to the collar around its neck, spotting a name tag it read 'Pudge'. 'Oh, how fitting,' I smile at the young thing and set him down. I turn to Aizawa and wait patiently to hear his next instructions. "Follow me, problem child," he says while turning down a dark hallway, I quickly follow behind him. Pointing to a door on the left, "This is my room, you are to never enter in unless it is a life-or-death situation, got it? The room right across, is the bathroom, and this one right next to it is your bedroom," he starts heading to his bedroom before stopping and turning to me behind him. "There's some clean clothes for you on your bed along with some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom for you," he says while walking into his bedroom and closes the door.
Though, it was 3 in the afternoon, I walk to my new bedroom. Next to the folded clothes is a towel for my shower. I grab the clothes and towel; I enter the bathroom to freshen up. Looking into the mirror, I see a pale, dirty, and tired girl. Disrobing, I see the scars, my heart squeezing in pain from the reminder of the battles that I had fought and the killing blow from the 'Dovah Kriid' (Dragon Slayer) I stare into my own eyes, seeing how that I used to have so much light and life in my eyes.
"Drem wa hi dii briinah," (Peace to you my sister) my heart swelling along with my eyes, tears fall down my face as a small sad smile spreads upon my face. "Unslaad kogan, zeymah," I thank my brother. (Unending thanks, brother) Wiping my tears, I turn to the shower and start it. I step in feeling the hot blistering water sooth my muscles. Grabbing the shampoo, I scrub my hair, being mindful of my horns. Rinsing, I continue on to the conditioner, once I had finished, I rinsed that as well. Grabbing a washcloth and body wash, I start scrubbing, hard.
Stepping out of the shower, clean and raw from the harsh scrubbing, I dress into the clothes that were given to me, I step out of the bathroom, smelling something quite delicious. Walking to the kitchen, I see Aizawa at the stove, wait is that package ramen?! Deadpan
