I ran, as fast as I can. It's a good thing that my Boss is helping me, right? ...Right?
We hid behind a statue, as I reached for the phone.
"No!" My Boss, Dark Phantom, whispered.
"We have to this time!" I replied.
In a fit of rage, Dark Phantom broke my phone.
I was so angry, he never normally gets me a replacement phone, and he doesn't pay me enough!
I had to go back to the base, so I did.
I felt a sense of guilt, and when Dark Phantom came back, he was all hurt, but had managed to get me a replacement phone. I smiled and thought nothing else would happen,
But damn was I wrong.
I woke up the next day to the sound of the alarm. A mission. I had to get ready.
After I was ready, we went out for the next mission.
"So, What's wrong?" I asked.
"Penumbra needs our help!" Dark Phantom replied.
Soon, I felt myself falling, I had fallen into the sewers, and Dark Phantom had ran away without me.
"SIR? HELP!" I screamed, as I tried to get out.
I waited in there for hours, soon a rope came down and I saw Dark Phantom.
I climbed up, I saw he was bandaged up, which means he was probably hurt again. I smiled and gave him a hug, thinking of safety, thinking I'll be safe,
But the next day, was a surprise...
