"Mija, we're moving back to Encanto." My dad said excitedly
"But why?"
"Since my job promoted me I've been relocated ." My dad smiled
"I'm excited but when are we moving." I backed up
"Two weeks from today." My mom placed our food on the table
We all gathered at the table and ate the food my mom prepared when I finished I showered and began to pack then went to sleep
(Present Day)
"¡MAMI! ¡PAPA! LOS MADRIGALES ME PIDIERON QUE LES ARREGLARA LA COCINA" I ran out with my grabbing my utility belt and tool box
(Translation:MOM! DAD! THE MADRIGALS ASKED ME TO FIX THE KITCHEN FOR THEM.)
"TEN CUIDADO MIJA!" My parents yelled after me
(Translation:BE CAREFUL MY DEAR)
"SALUDA A ISABELLA DE MI PARTE!"
(Translation: SAY HI TO ISABELLA FOR ME."
It's been eight years since I've moved to Encanto and I've been helping the Madrigals take care of the village. I've been dating the oldest daughter Isabella for about. 2 years and it's great everyone excepts us even Alma
"Hola Casita!" I waved to the house it opened and closed a door to wave back at me
I laughed, as it opened the door for me to walk in where I see Camilo And Luisa my best friends
"Hey Alejandra." Luisa gave me a big hug and walked away after being called
"Bienvenida Alejandra, ¿vienes a arreglar la cocina o a ver a Isa?" He hugged me
(Translation: Welcome back Alejandra, are you here to fix the kitchen or see Isa?)
"Cállate tu madre me pidió que arreglar la tubería del calentador."I punched him and walked in
(Translation:Shut up your mother asked me to fix the heater pipe.)
"Hey Alejandra, we just need you to fix the heater pipe." Abuela Alma popped out the kitchen
I walked over to the kitchen where she needed me to fix. I pulled out my wrench and eventually found the problem, it was getting hot so I unhooked one side of my overalls for some relief. After a few hours two breaks and three arepas after being cut I was done
I stood up and walked to find Abuela, but I found Isabella instead
"Oh hey Isa you look nice today." I hugged her and placed a kiss on her forehead
"Gracias, you also you good even coated in sweat. What did they need fixed today?" Isa laughed
"Just the heater pipe nothing major." I shrugged putting my stuff in my belt
"Well that's good cause I need your help. Come on." She pulled me and started running upstairs
She pulled me to her room and pointed at her bathroom
"What's wrong with it esposa." I called her the nickname I give her
(Translation:Wifey)
"Something is wrong with the sink and toilet Mi Amor." She said and I gasped
"¿Qué tan grande de una mierda tomaste esposa?" I laughed
(Translation: How big of a shit did you take wifey?)
"Shut up!" She laughed "Camilo used it and now it doesn't work."
"Okay okay I'll fix it." I kneeled down to sink
"Can I watch?"
"If you want to." I pulled out my flashlight and checked it and found the issue it was loose
I opened my tool box and pulled out the stuff necessary to fix a sink
(Twenty Minutes Later)
"There all fixed Isa." I smiled "Now I have to fix the toilet."
I got up to do the toilet again pulling out what I needed to fix it
(FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER)
Im coated in sweat after that,
"All done esposa." I pack up
"Thank you Mi Amor, now shower you Reak of sweat." Isa kissed me on her tippy toes "Te quiero Mi Amor."
"Te quiero esposa." I kissed her back
(Translation: I love you)
