Fukuzawa woke up as the first light rays of the day hit his face.

I should have closed the curtain better, He thought to himself.

He realized that there was a strong arm hugging waist, and the person had their face buried in his chest. Fukuzawa had had his arms around the person shoulder's before he moved his hand to shield himself from the light. Both their legs were in a tangled mess.

This wasn't supposed to have happened, really.

Fukuchi and Fukuzawa were out drinking after not having seen each other for a long time. It had been nice, being with his childhood friend. They had but been but 10 minutes into their meeting, and Fukuzawa did not even finish one cup of sake his head drooped and he started to sleep. Fukuchi had woken him up and asked him what was wrong. Fukuzawa had confessed and told him that he had pulled an all-nighter yesterday after getting barely any sleep the previous night. He had been out and and his work pilled up and while Kunikida had done some of it for him, there was only so much Kunikida could do on top of his own work. And Kunikida had a tendency to overwork himself and that was the last thing Fukuzawa wanted. Fukuchi had said that they should call it now and that Fukuzawa should go get some rest at home. Fukuzawa had insisted that it would be fine and they shouldn't sacrifice this time together just because Fukuzawa had been neglecting his sleep schedule.

Fukuchi said that they didn't have to sacrifice time together if he just went to Fukuzawa's with him. But still Fukuzawa had insisted that he would be fine, but Fukuchi wasn't having it. He just picked Fukuzawa up and carried him home. When they got there, Fukuzawa decided that since they were both here Fukuzawa thought that might as well make tea for them both and make Fukuchi feel at home. Fukuzawa fished out his keys from the inside pockets of his Haori and opened the door. He made sure that Fukuchi was seated and comfortable before going to the kitchen to make some tea. He had just gotten out the ingredients when he felt Fukuchi slip his arms under Fukuzawa's and hug him from behind.

"I told you get some rest, making tea is not part of that." Fukuchi said as he rested his jaw on Fukuzawa's shoulder.

"Well, I have to treat you with hospitality, you are my guest after all." Fukuzawa said as he continued making tea even with Fukuchi hugging him from behind.

"Let me make it." Fukuchi said.

"You're my guest." Fukuzawa said.

"But you're that the one needs rest,'' Fukuchi retorted.

"Gen'ichiro, it's fine, really." Fukuzawa said.

"Either you're going to sit on the couch while I make you some tea, or I'm carrying you back and make it anyways." Fukuchi said.

"Fine, I'll sit down." Fukuzawa said, defeated.

Fukuchi let go of Fukuzawa so he could go sit down and took over tea making duties.

"Yuki wake up," Fukuchi said while placed the tea on the coffee table.

Fukuzawa stirred from his drowsiness and Fukuchi handed him a cup while taking the other for himself.

"I added some chamomile to help you sleep." Fukuchi said.

"Ok, thank you Gen'ichiro," Fukuzawa said and drained the cup.

"Well looks like that the end our time together!" Fukuchi said and took the cups to the kitchen sink to wash them.

"Well, you could stay for a bit longer." Fukuzawa said. He didn't really want their time together to end, it really had been so long since they've been together.
