For the last two years I have been staying in a homeless shelter, sure it was not ideal but I have clothes and a place to shower. After today however my life would change for the better.

Y/n pov

I was sitting in a booth of a diner when an explosion erupted outside. I took a sip of coffee as more explosions sounded off, the screams of civilians brought a slight smirk to my face. I finished my coffee and paid for it with money I had pickpocketed from a man around two hours ago and I walked out of the diner, and down the street. I walked past burning cars, running civilians, and other destruction until I heard the voice of the woman that I would kill for, the voice of my villain crush Cheetah. I looked over and I saw that Wonder Woman had her tied up in her Lasso of Truth. I felt anger towards the Amazonian, and I started running towards her.

"Leave her alone, you bitch!" I yelled as I sent a strong right hook towards Wonder Woman's face.

The punch connected sending the Amazonian flying through the side of a building. I looked at Cheetah and I undid the bindings, I looked at her and I told her to run. She looked at me, looked away and looked back once more before she ran off. I was suddenly airborne as I was sent into the side of a car. Glass littered the ground around me, I felt blood drip from the side of my head, but it stopped and my wound healed. I got up and stretched making my back pop and crack.

"Huh so that's what getting hit by a female gorilla is like." I said with a smirk.

I saw a look of anger spread across Wonder Woman's face as she launched herself at me. I dodged and she slammed into the car that I just got myself out of, I slammed her head into the roof of the car hard before I grabbed her by her neck and slammed her into the street making the blacktop crack underneath her.

"Who are you!" she yelled.

"I'm nobody." I said as I slammed my fist into the face of the Amazonian knocking her out.

I was about to leave before a smirk grew on my face. I stood up and I kicked Wonder Woman in the side and I heard a fair amount of her ribs crack, I then stomped on her knee shattering it, before I finally picked her up and tossed her into the side of a brick building. I heard the sound of sirens in the distance and I quickly ran off not wanting to deal any more damage that hasn't been done to the GCPD.

I was looking at a tv outside of an electronics store, I had my hood over my head so no one could see my face. As I watched the tv it switched to a breaking news report on GCN.

"Breaking news report from Downtown Gotham City where earlier this evening Wonder Woman had a confrontation with the supervillain Cheetah. As you can see as Wonder Woman had Cheetah tied up, a strange new villain comes out of nowhere and punches Wonder Woman in the face distracting her. The strange new Villain then proceeded to fight Wonder Woman and ended up winning the fight. As you see here the stranger looked as if he were going to turn and leave after wonder woman was defeated but instead he sent a kick to her ribs and then stomped on her knee most likely shattering it, after which he tossed her through the wall of a local deli. Wonder Woman is in serious condition and we can only hope she makes a steady recovery."

After I saw the report I walked away from there to go find shelter for the night. I walked for almost three hours until I reached an abandoned warehouse. I broke the lock on the door and I walked inside.

I woke up to the sound of something moving around the building, due to being a light sleeper I can hear what's going on around me when I sleep it came in handy when living on the streets of Gotham. I slowly got up and I began to look around, even though it was night and it was dark inside the building, I could still see decently well due to my eyes being attuned to the darkness. I looked around until I heard something fall making a crashing sound echo throughout the entire building. I turned in that direction and I saw the woman who I had rescued earlier this evening.
