(Y/N)'s POV
The next golden weapon to be retrieved is the Nunchucks of Lightning and this time that golden weapon will belong to Jay.
Upon reaching the place. We see lightning every second with dark clouds covering the sky and a giant long chain that we have to climb. I see looked down to see skeletons following us and I sense something is not right here with Samukai's minions.
"We're being followed" We heard Zane and then we immediately climbed the giant chain.
"Let's go!" Jay went first before us and I followed below them.
When Jay reached the top, He showed us the golden weapon before a blue lightning dragon guardian appears.
Jay then jumps down first before we did the same as well and then we glide in the air with Jay's gliders as we make a clean getaway from Samukai and his minions.
We all glided to safety into a nearby woods and yet I have a hunch that Lord Garmadon is planning something like maybe an ambush or as if we were winning but waiting for us to let our guard down for the precise strike to us.
We were now going to sleep here in the woods while we make a fire for the night.
Cole is playing bongos while Kai and Jay were dancing in victory, Zane just stood near Cole and I just sat down with Sensei, meditating with him and I felt a bit uneasy about the worst-case scenario about what happens next.
"Come on Sensei and (Y/N) joined us" Kai encourage the two of us before I opened my eyes and so as Sensei.
"There is still one weapon left we must get our sleep," Sensei told them, and the final weapon to be obtained is the sword of fire.
This weapon will be on Kai and my powers are enough for me since I don't need a golden weapon.
"Ah! Sensei. (Y/N) look you gotta admit we're kicking their bony butts" The blue ninja said in triumph but our objective is still not over.
"Get up here, show us some moves" The red ninja beg our sensei.
"Umm I guess I could" Sensei replied but I don't wanna like it right now.
"No thank you but I'm good" I politely decline their offer before I closed my eyes once again to meditate.
"Now this move is very special," I heard Sensei tell them.
"But if done incorrectly will it lead to disastrous consequences" I heard Zane joke for the first time and they laughed except for me who only chuckled before I opened my eyes.
"Zane is that a joke?" Kai asked the white ninja and this was the first time that Zane tells a joke.
"A sense of humor you found it" The future elemental master of fire added while Jay is still laughing and I ignored them for a while until we all fall asleep.
~Dream State~
I slowly opened my eyes as a black fog surrounds me and I get up from the ground before looking around. All I see is a black fog while seeing some trees nearby and the moon is shining slightly.
I felt as if someone is watching me and this made my heart beat fast in my chest as if it could burst out of my chest at any moment. I felt shivers down my spine while looking around cautiously but then I saw something at the corner of my eye, I thought I saw a pair of red eyes but then I saw nothing at all.
I suddenly felt a hand touch my shoulder.
"Ahhhh!" I screamed in horror before I closed my eyes shut as I throw a punch at someone and to my horror, the stranger narrowly dodged it. I see a pair of red eyes staring at me while also seeing an outline of the stranger and I was paralyzed in fear as I could not move.
I was shaking badly that I started backing away from the stranger until I got my back against a tree.
"Don't...worry...I...won't hurt you (Y/N)" The stranger starts talking to me reassuringly and the voice sounded male but it's a raspy voice.
"Who...who are you and how do you know my name?" I stuttered in fear while still shaking and his voice sends shivers down my spine.
"My identity is not important (Y/N). I have something important to tell you and it's about your father" He informs me, this made me confused but at the same time, I won't let my guard down against a stranger.
"My...father?" I got confused while lowering my guard a little upon hearing that.
"You've inherited your elemental powers of darkness from your father and the moment you were born. You got his powers from him" He explains a shocking truth behind my father, knowing that I rarely see him home, only holidays, especially my birthdays.
"The next time, we meet I'll tell you more" The stranger vanished into the air, and many questions linger in my mind.
If I see my father again, I have to question him immediately and I could not know why my father is hiding this secret from me.
~Dream State End~
I suddenly woke up as I see Kai running away I got up from the ground and followed him while grabbing my metal hammer in case something happens to him.
~Time Skip~
I continue to follow Kai and to my surprise. He was following...Nya? Wait a minute. She is going inside the fire temple where the sword of fire is located and my gut is telling me that Kai is walking into a trap but I have to protect him. I hope that Nya is there, just maybe.
