Chapter 1

I (the observer) didn't know something like this had happened during the winter ball. But it was a pleasent surprise, I had noticed that they seemed like a an odd duo. But it wasn't impossible to see the chemistry between them.

Zuri ( a very aggressive "Pick me"girl with very Little manners and common sense) likes Fabiano But he doesn't like her.

There was a Winter Ball in 2022, keep in mind this was highschool so obviously there were a lot of Teenagers trying to copy the magical moments of taking this opportunity to ask out their present interested targets like from the movies, because why not.

Zuri wanted to ask her (never really been in contact plus barely wants to interact with her) crush out,But knowing her personality she didn't. 
Something unexpected hit her when she was helping her friend Pauline get a chance to slow Dance with her douche bag crush Markus. From across the room came Hunter walking with his hands in his Pocket But he was very determined and knew Where he was going, leaving behind his Friends who were distracted elsewhere. Just to turn back to see him already on the opposite side of the room.
Before Zuri could react Hunter held her hand and took her onto the Dance floor while teaching her the moves as she unwilling went along with. He was trying to help her but she Couldn't see the sign that was telling her to get over Fabiano, the one who was deliberately trying to avoid her (also didn't go to the dance).

The next week followed and from What my friend who was also a believer in this ship could see, Hunter was seemingly less energitic then he normally was and stated that it was about Zuri.
