The Boy Who Suffered

'Let me start this story with Once upon a time, so...

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Bob. He was smart, but an incident changed his life forever. Yeah, forever. His life was ruined when his mother died, or should I say, committed suicide right in front of him. He was ten years old at the time.

His father didn't pay much attention to this matter. On top of that, he married a woman who only cared about his money. They were both so full of themselves that they didn't pay close enough attention to Bob, and he became depressed as a result.

Later, his father sent him overseas to study business, making him leave his tiny world of memories with his mother. 

He tried harder and harder to focus on his studies, but his mind and the situation in the school weren't helping. He got bullied for two years before his real identity was revealed, and he took a bold step against the bullies.

BUT. He got so tired in these two-three years of loss and harassment that by the end of the second year of his institute, he developed a cruel and insensitive personality. 

He started to lose himself in the world of darkness and cruelty.

By the end of another semester, he was diagnosed with SPD(Split personality disorder). His true self got lost somewhere in the darkness that filled his head. 

When his true self came out last time, he was covered in blood. Not able to remember anything that happened.

After that, he didn't shift his personality at all. Although he was still good at studies, his temper was becoming alarming.' 

*Story interrupted*

"So, sir. Did he return to normal, or was he dealt with for who he was?" One of the students asked.

"He was handled for who he was, but you know he changed after he met someone." The teacher told him.

"A girl?" Another student asked.

"No. A man, a bad one. And to understand this, you need to listen to the story further." He answered the girl who thought it was a love story or something.

*Resume*

'When he returned to his father's house, he discovered the truth that their company had failed. But he studied pretty well and helped his father regain their glory. But from what he learned, everything comes with a cost. He asked his father to divorce that lady or hand over the business to him. And to his expectations, his father gave away the company. 

But all he wanted was to build his empire. His father had no idea that he entered one of the most dangerous mafias in the world and was slowly turning into one.

He was indifferent before meeting that individual, but he became callous after meeting him. 

And now he is known as the king of mafias. And he changed his name also. 

From Bob to Dusky Glicher. And he is now the most successful and the wealthiest man, along with an empire of underworld business. 

Fortunately, no evidence of his unethical work has been discovered by the police or other government agencies.

He is now living a life he knew he was compelled to live and enjoys its contents. He overcame from the boy who suffered to the boy who makes others suffer.

"So, is he a bad person now?"

"Yeah."

"How do you know about his life so deeply?"

"Because I am his mentor. The bad man of the story."

"You are lying. You said that he was bad, but you are so nice."

"Child, you don't know since you are in kinder garden."

"Yeah, but can't he be nice to someone?"

"He was, but when he got betrayed. He left it."

"Who betrayed him?"

"His most trusted worker."

"So he was THE BOY WHO SUFFERED."
