A/N: i am sooooooooooo sry this took so long, but here it is! this is my first request by: @Rieko_ElvYshiA. I hope you like it!

BACKSTORY: Y/N & Neteyam are already mates and Y/N is 6 months pregnant. Everyone in this story is aged up by 7 years, so Neteyam: 22, Lo'ak: 21, Kiri: 21, and Tuk: 14. Jake has just given up his title as Olo'eyktan and him and his family are leaving the forest.

Y/N'S POV:

"Is that everything?" I asked as my eyes started to well up. I stood looking around at me and Neteyam's hut, with one hand on my hip as the reality suck in.

"Hey, hey, it's alright." Neteyam hugged me from behind when he heard me sniffle. "We'll be back soon, I promise. I turned around and gently placed my hands on his shoulders. He kept his hold on my waist and I looked up at him with sorrowful eyes.

"I want the baby to be born in the forest, promise me that."

"Of course," he replied and planted a gentle kiss on my forehead.

"Kids! Let's go!" Jake's voice met my ears.

"Come on," Neteyam said and took my hand.

We walked over to where the Ikran's were, but mine was not present. "Where is my Ikran?" I asked.

"Not needed," Neteyam answered simply as he tightened a strap on his Ikran.

"What?"

"We tried to convince him, but you know-" Kiri shrugged.

Neteyam held out his hand as I made sense of the situation. "No! Seriously?" I crossed my arms.

"You really thought I was going to let you ride by yourself, no way!" Neteyam scoffed.

"I can ride by myself!" He did not answer and just sauntered over to me, picking me up under my arms. "Neteyam! Put me down!" I struggled against his hold.

He placed me on the Ikran and got on behind me. Neytiri mouthed to me, "Sorry," and I huffed, knowing there was no way I was getting out at this.

"You guys ready?" Jake asked, looking around. Everyone nodded in reply while I crossed my arms, a pouty expression present on my face.

We took off and Neteyam attempted to wrap one arm above my stomach, but my arms were blocking the way. "Move!" He whined.

I rolled my eyes at his childness, "No."

He ended up wriggling his way in and sighed happily, "It's like a little armrest!"

I giggled, "You're so cute."

"I know, " he replied proudly. He watched me lovingly as I scooted backwards and leaned against his chest, pressing my cheek against his skin. "Goodnight my loves," he whispered and kissed me on the nose.

I slowly fell asleep to the peaceful feeling of the wind on my face and Neteyam wrapped around me.

NETEYAM'S POV:

I smiled at her serenely sleeping in my arms, then sighing and looking at the vast ocean in front of us; we still had a long way to go.
