14• Expulsion

Nobody answered and karan was running very thin in patience. He again said 'Are you all deaf or dumb? I am giving you a nice offer. Give me a single name and all the others are free to go.'

They all looked at each other and silently agreed to not answer anything.

Karan then turned towards Aditya who was doing push ups and said 'So Aditya , it seems like they are not interested in saving themselves. So I think I should take my offer back ' he said.

Karan- 'All right then. Since you don't want to save yourself, then you can sign on to those expulsion letters and leave this academy. ' he said.

Kunj could no longer control himself and said 'It was my idea sir . I accept my mistake' he said and accepted his fate.

Karan looked at him with fire in his eyes and said 'Drop cadet' he immediately dropped on all fours and started pushing.

Karan - 'Toh tum sab ne mera offer accept nhi kiya. Bad for you . Now you have two options. Option one - Give me a sufficient reason as to why I should not expel you from the academy and I might not expel you And option two- Without saying anything else, take your bags and get out of my academy. You have two options, now choice is yours' he said and leaned back on his chaired .

Karan - 'Switch arms' he ordered to Aditya who immediately switched his arms.

Karan - 'After dealing with them. I will have a personal session with you officer' he said and Aditya replied with a 'Yes sir ' followed by so many grunts.

Karan then looked at the boys who were struggling to find a right answer.

Karan- 'so have you guys decided yet? ' he asked while sipping the tea from the cup.

Siddharth- 'yes.. Sir' he stuttered

Karan raised his eyebrow and said 'Go ahead. Give me your answer' he ordered.

Siddharth cleared his throat and started 'Sir We really apologize for what all we did today. And we request sir to reconsider his decision and forgive us this time. We are taking full responsibility for ourselves. If we would step a toe out of line , sir can throw us out of the academy and we will not argue a single time. ' he explained.

Karan looked at him with blank face and said 'Done with your speech boy? I just asked the reason not any speech. So if you have a genuine reason go ahead or get lost. Move your tongue faster, I don't have all day for this ' he said harshly.

Siddharth flinched back at the tone and harshness but held himself.

Siddharth- 'Yes sir, we do have a reason. Sir we realized how wrong we were to pull such a stunt in the academy. We realized that we should never break academy rules just for the sake of our fun sir. Please a person is given any punishment to make him realize his mistake and sir we realized our mistake. Pls sir. Pls forgive us this time. ' he said

Karan nodded his head and said 'Training ground. All 6 of you '
They all sighed in relief, saluted him and ran to the training ground.

Now only kunj and Aditya were present in the room with karan.

Karan - 'Get up officer Aditya. ' and Aditya stood up straight in front of him.

Karan - 'We have a lot to discuss Aditya. But today is not the day. I know you have to report to the head quarter in 30 minutes. So I am leaving you today. But the day you will enter CTA again, believe me , i am going to teach each and every lesson properly. Dismissed officer' he said

Aditya saluted him and took his leave.
Karan then turned towards his troublemaker brother who was struggling to do the assigned push ups and said 'Enjoying ourselves aren't we , cadet kunj? ' he asked
