Out With the Cold- Idiazul

What a rude time for the phone to ring. Azul was shocked at what had almost happened. He jolted up from the couch upon hearing the noise and picked up the phone.

        "Hello! How may I help you?" Azul answered, voice completely clear as if he had not just almost kissed his best friend. 

        "Azul, You cant just storm out on us just because you are upset." 

It was Jade. He could have just knocked instead of called but this is Jade we are talking about, he doesn't exactly make encounters with him easy. 

        "Fine, Fine." Azul sighs and puts down the phone. He turns around to see the golden eyed boy looking back up at him. His face no longer its sickly pale. The awkwardness in the room is at a high. Without saying a word, Azul turns away to unlock and open the door. 

Azul waltzes out of his office, keeping up his facade of course. The taller boy hunched over follows Azul out after a few seconds. 

Unlike Azul, hiding his emotions is not Idias strong suit. The tweels can tell even without their keen intuition that something definitely happened. 

Idia didn't waste a second leaving the Mostro Lounge, he didn't even take his board game with him. 

        "So, how did it go?" Floyd inquired. 

What? What does he mean by how did it go? There's no possible way he figured everything out. Azul made a displeased face, Jade and Floyd would never give up the teasing. 

        "Don't think we didn't notice how fond of Idia you are, Azul," Jade added, "Just no kissing in the office, we share that space, remember."

        "J- What?!? How did you know??" Azul whined.

        "We could tell by the saw firefly squid looked. It was obvious. Plus you might wanna look in the mirror." 

Azul peered down to look at his reflection on a glass coffee table. His lips were blue. How could he forget something so important? Idia wears his favorite shade of semi-gloss lipstick every day. Azul swiftly wipes the cobalt color off with the back of his hand. Jade and Floyd chuckle at the sight of Azul getting so worked up.

        "Sooo Azul, Is it official?" Floyd squeals. 

Azul looks at the blue mark left on his hand and a slight smile appears.

        "Next club meeting. I'm going to talk to him."
