Being captured by the Fatui isn't fun at all.

Being BROUGHT to a certain harbinger...

Is a nightmare.

Kailani, being alone by herself, wondered around to go and find her mother. She didn't know what happened to her mother, nor did she know where her mother went. She was only raised by her mother — since her father was presumed dead.

Whatever the case, Kailani went around Snezhnaya to try and find her mother, but to her avail, she couldn't see nothing. The only thing she could see is the white snow and snow-covered trees (if there are any). She continued to walk until she saw a couple of Fatui soldiers and being the curious child she was, she followed them.

She followed them all the way to an ice palace — an ice castle.

A huge mistake she made.

As soon as she even stepped foot in the castle, she was tackled and restrained. She didn't even know what was happening since it happened so fast.

She was dragged against the icy, cold floor until they went into a office. Still being restrained, they dragged her to a wall, attaching her restraints to it. The people that tackled her informed the person who is the room that she was brought to him before leaving the room.

Kailani looked at the person who was walking towards her, spreading her wings apart to look "scary". The person chuckled in response to her action as they grabbed her face harshly, making her wince in pain.

"Now... you're an interesting species... I wonder if my potions can handle you... you'll be my experiment..."

"Experiment?..." Kailani repeated as they let go of her face.

"Indeed. Hah... It's a shame that you might not see the light of day again... I think I should start the process now, but... before I do..."

The person turned away and grabbed something off of what looked like a desk in Kailani's eyes. They did a couple of things to the thing before walking back to her and putting it around her neck.

"This is to make sure that you don't escape from me whenever you get the chance. Every time you go far away without my permission, it'll remind me and show me where you went, then I'll send those soldiers and have them grab you and drag you back."

"Who... are you?..."

"Il Dottore, Second of the Fatui Harbingers."
