*Christine's POV
We were about done eating when my phone rang. I took it out of my pocket and checked the caller id. It was Niall. "Hello. Wait, What?! She is? How?! Ok, we'll be right up!" I ended the call and looked at the boys. "She's awake!"
"REALLY?!" Louis shouted, but before I could reply, he got out of his seat and ran towards the elevator.
"How?" Liam asked.
"I don't know."
"Well then what are we waiting for? Lets go!" Zayn shouted.
"A bit ecstatic no are we?" Harry questioned.
"I'm happy she's awake, but the sooner we get her, the sooner we can get out of this god forsaken hospital!" He retorted.
We ran into the elevator and headed for the first floor. When we got into the elevator I grabbed onto Harry for my dear life. I HATE elevators. Not to mention that I'm claustrophobic.They are floating coffins!!
He hugged me back and said, "You scared of elevators?" He rose his eyebrow.
"A little." I muttered
"It doesn't look like a little." Liam joked.
"Shut up!!"
"Fiesty!! Rawr!" Zayn laughed.
Thank goodness the elevator door opened and I ran out like the speed of lightning. Iran down the halls and looked for Brooke's room. Found it! I ran towards the door and barged in. I saw Niall playing with Brooke's hair as she slept. and the nurse was changing her IV. "Niall? I thought you said that she was awake!!"
"Relax Chrissy-"
"Don't call me that!!" I roared.
He looked taken back by what I just said to him.
"Sorry." He muttered.
The the boys finally got into the room. Slow pokes! "No, I'm sorry. It's just.... That's the name of- Never mind"
"The name of who?" Harry asked.
"It's nothing."
"Sure didn't seem like nothing." Zayn retorted.
"Just drop it, kay?"
"Ok." They all chorused.
"Anyways, I thought you said that she was awake?"
"She's just resting." Niall said.
"Are you sure that she didn't fall back into the coma?"
"Yes. The doctor said that after a patient has awaken from a coma, it is likely that they are drained out from all their efforts to wake up." He re insured.
"Ok, then we'll just wait here till she wakes up."
"Umm, actually I have a date to go to." Liam stated.
"That's my lad!!" Harry high-fived him.
"With who?"
"Umm an old friend of mine." Liam responded.
"Ohh really?" I wiggled my eyebrows at him. "What's her name?"
"Your date is a girl right?" Louis joked.
