Mila sat in the flat and looked as Freddie walked in and looked to him. She could tell by the look on his face it was serious and she was worried

"what happened" she asked as he smiled

"I...I had a meeting with my lawyer over the arrested charges. They're going to charge me for it. My lawyer wants me to plead guilty as to eyes no way to prove I was set up" he said as he sat next to her

Mila knew that this was all down the sienna and her pathetic little games and she didn't know what to say. She didn't know what to do

"You'll have a record Fred, I'm pregnant what does this mean" mila asked. She was scared that she was going to loose Freddie and that she'd be on her own

"It means...I'll more than likely do jail time" he said as she looked to him as a tear rolled down her face. She felt sick at the thought and she didn't know what to do

"I'm pregnant Freddie. I can't loose you I mean what am I meant to do. Does this mean you won't be here for the birth" she asked as he sighed

"I have another meeting but I have to enter a plea. Hopefully I won't get long just a few months and I should be out in time for the birth I am so sorry mila. I never wanted this, I wanted to be with you every step of the way" he said as mila looked to him with tears in her eyes

"Just do what you have too so that you get as little time as you can. I need you" moms said as Freddie nodded. He knew how awful he felt knowing he'd have to leave her and knowing what she was pregnant

Mila walked through the village and sighed. Her head was a mess and she knew how she was trying to clear it but it wasn't easy at all.

"Hey are you okay" Isla asked as she walked over to her sister

"I have been better. My head is a mess and I don't know what to do. Freddie had to do time for when he got arrested. Have you heard from warren over it" mila asked as Isla shock her head

"No. I can't believe that. They didn't even do anything they were set up by that crazy cow. They're innocent and your pregnant what are you gonna do" Isla asked as Isla looked to her sister and smiled

"He's going to see if he can do the time and get it over with. Do as little as possible and he can hopefully get out for when the baby is born. He doesn't want to miss the birth " mila said. She knew how none of it was easy

Mila stood outside of the lawyers office with Freddie and sighed "I hate this" she said as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"I know but I have court and you have a doctors appointment I'll get my lawyer or I'll cry and call you as soon as I can. Hopefully I won't get too long and I can be back with you" he said

Mila looked to him and nodded as the tears rolled down her face.

"I am going to miss you I just hate how I have to do this on my own" she said as he smiled

"I know but I'll be back I promise" he said as he leant in and kissed him. She looked as he walked off and sighed.

She knew that he was going to go to jail and she just hoped it wasn't for too long as she couldn't cope
