It was snowing, as the powdered ice fell from the sky, Saiki came to visit you. Apparently, he was hiding from nendo and Kaido.

"They were outside waiting for me. They wanted to have a snowball fight." Saiki said, annoyance coating his words.

You chuckled, "Well, you're always welcomed to stay here if kaido and nendo don't leave soon." You replied, looking out the window. Kaido and nendo were making a snowman.

You and Saiki were sitting on the couch watching a new release on Netflix, you were bundled up with blankets while Saiki remained without blankets.

"Saiki, are you sure you don't want a blanket? It's still somewhat cold in here." You asked, you didn't want a guest at your house to be cold.

"I'm okay." Saiki responded emotionlessly. You went to poke him to check if he was actually fine, and...he was?

You were a little shocked, 'Maybe guys just have naturally high body heat.' You thought, in your opinion it was genetic unfairness.

Little did you know you were sitting next to someone who had physic powers keeping himself warm.

You've experienced weird phenomenons with saiki before, but you didn't think anything of it. You just thought that's how he was.

Saikis POV:

Y/N's nice and all, but she's too smart...or should I say ignorant.

She's seen me use my smaller powers a couple times, but either she ignores it or comes up with a somewhat logical explanation for it.

Maybe I should lay off the powers a little.

Your POV:

You had made hot chocolate for Saiki and yourself, even with the little mini marshmallows.

As you sipped your hot chocolate, you heard a knock at the door.

"Hm?" You hummed slightly, setting down your hot chocolate on the coffee table in front of you, and getting up to look at the peephole.

     It was nendo and Kaido.

"Hey Saiki...nendo and Kaido are here, should we just pretend to not be here?" You asked, you were being a little quieter then usual, so they wouldn't hear anything from outside the door.

Saiki nodded his head furiously, you took the hint and sat back down on the couch, covering yourself with blankets once again.

You and Saiki continued watching Netflix, getting refills on hot chocolate once in a while.

You yawned, even though you've been doing nothing all day, you were tired. Hot coco can knock someone out, I guess.

It was beginning to get dark, and the snow storm was picking up. You were about to tell Saiki he should go home before it's too late into the night, when the lights around you went out.

"Huh? Did the power shut off??" You asked, jolting awake a little. It surprised you, but you weren't scared.

"I guess the snow did something to the electricity." Saiki stated, not even seeming the slightest bit bothered about this.

"Wait here, I'll grab some candles." You said, using your phone flashlight to help you see where you were going.

You quickly grabbed the candles and a lighter, making quick work of putting a candle in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

"Saiki, you really should get going, the storms not going to slow down anytime soon." You said, checking the weather.

"It's fine, I don't want you to be alone while the powers out." Saiki simply responded, hearing him say that made you a little flustered, but tried to keep your cool.

"O-oh..anyways! The heats not going to be working, you really should take some blankets, I have some more in the closet." You spoke, about to get up.

"We can just share the big blanket youre using right now, it can cover both of us." Saiki replied, at this point in time you were wondering how nonchalant and stoic your pink haired friend is.

"Uh..alright." You answered, handing Saiki a side of the blanket, indicating he should cover himself with it.

It was peaceful. Quiet. The window blinds  were open and the blanket covering both of you  felt warm. It was late, and you were tired.

Your window shades being open let the moonlight in, giving the room you were in a beautiful, dim white light.

     You felt happy, and calm.

You were happy that you had a friend like Saiki, he didn't talk much, but somehow he always made you feel happy, and valued. You didn't know if he actually valued you or if he was using you for sweets, but you forgot about that.

You were next to your best friend, and possibly even more right now, feeling completely carefree. You wished you both could share moments like this again, then you drifted off to sleep, slightly leaning on saikis shoulder.

Saikis POV:

I could've gone home when I had the chance, but now I'm stuck here. Why did I choose to stay?

     Do I like this girl?

She genuinely seems like the type of person I would like to be around, but I don't want a relationship. If I don't want a relationship...

Why do I treasure her so much?

Of course, I like other people, but not how I like her. I want to protect her, and be there for her. I want to make her happy.

...Is this what sappy teenage love is like?
