It has been four days and it's the morning of the court hearing Peters pov I wake up to my Friday opening my blinds and telling me the time and wether
"Thank you Friday" I say I get out of bed and walk to bathroom and got into the shower when I hear a knock on my door

"Ya I'm up I'm just having a shower" i say
"Ok you have fifteen minutes until we leave also breakfast is ready " mum says

Ten minutes later I got out of the shower and got into a suit that grandpa gave me for today and did my hair and teeth

I went down stairs and saw everyone sitting at the table
"Hey guys" I say
"Hey Pete" says nat
I sit down and start to eat my food
"Nice suit where you get it from" says uncle Steve
"i got it from grandpa" I say

After ten more bits I stop eating due to starting to feel sick and I get up and throw the rest of it in the bin
"Ok who is coming" mum says

"Ok we'll let's gooo" mum says
We all get onto the car and drive to the court case and sit down
"Peter barns up to the stand" says the judge
I stand up when my stomach starts to hurt really bad and fall back into my seat
"Mr Barns you ok" says the judge
"Mmm ya I'm fine my stomach just started to hurt" I say
"Pete can I look at your stomach" says Bruce
"Ya sure" I say
Bruce stands up and kneels in front of me and looks at my stomach
"Umm judge can we have a quick Lunch" says Bruce

I ran to the car and got out my medical bag and ran back into the court room
"Ok Pete this is going to hurt" i say
I clean the wound with a alcohol wipe and stitch it back up and wraped a bandage around it
"He should be good now but do u guys have a wheel chair that he can use" I say
"Yes we do let me just go get it" says the judge
The judge leaves and comes back with a wheelchair and gives it to us and I help Peter into it and wheels him to the stand and help I'm get onto the stand
"Ok let's get on with this" says the judge Peters pov "Repeat after me, I Peter Benjamin barns promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth" says the judge

Then flashes lawyer came up to me
"How long has flash been Bullying you for" says his lawyer
"He has been bullying me since we meet in high school on the second day" I say

"He use to just call me names and tease me but three years ago he started to get physical as in beating me up so bad that I broke my left arm and leg and had cut and bruises all over my body and making me pass out and also just beating me until I pass out and he does this behind the school after school has ended and he would also steal my food everyday and tell me that i am so fat and I need to stop eating so I did and because i wasn't eating I would pass out all the time in my room were no one saw me and this went on for three weeks and then as you all know already he stabbed me when I was punishing him witch I got permission off his parents to do that " I say
"Do you have proof that he did all that to you" says his lawyer
"Yes I do" I say
I tap my stark watch and it showed the ex-rays of my broken leg and arm and the photos of my cuts and bruises and the test results of me passing out and not eating and then a voice recording of his parents telling my mum to lock him up and for me to bash him up twice like he did to me
"Ok I have no Further Questions your honour" flashes lawyer says
"Ok I call Eugene flash Thompson up to the stand" says the judge
Mum helped me off of the stand and onto the wheelchair and took me back to the seat and then my lawyer questioned him
"Ok I have made my decision flash will go to jail for two years for harassment and attempt of murder and when he gets out he can no longer go anywhere near Peter meaning that he can't go to school anymore and he can't go anywhere near the school or peters house everyone is dismissed " says the judge
Everyone claps and flash gets put in hand cuffs and Me and everyone goes home
