⃟ ཹ• THE NEXT MORNING •℘.
THE faint sound of the air passed through me as I shifted in my place and try to grab Eoreushin but my hands only get ahold of the sheets.
I flashed open my eyes and see an empty bed. I don't know why but it hurt a little.
I sigh and get up from bed and wear my last night's clothes then took fresh clothes from my cupboard & walked out to the bathroom to shower.
As I was about to open the bathroom door I heard my mom's voice.
"Good morning." I looked at the dining table and watched my mom drinking coffee while reading the news on her mobile.
"Morning." I whispered and was about to get into the bathroom.
"What happened? You look exhausted. Did you dance again to that k-pop music?" She asked while looking at my body as I blushed remembering last night.
"No. I stopped doing that long ago. It's just I've been awake for pretty long." I explained as she nod.
"I'll go shower first." I get inside the bathroom locking the door behind me. I kept the clothes aside and took my toothbrush and started brushing my teeth.
Did he go back home early morning?
He could have woken me up atleast.
After a hot shower, I come outside and sit on the dining chair as mom put a coffee cup on the table.
"Your husband will be here soon. You could have worn something good!" My mom scolded me gazing at my one-piece black knee-length dress.
"What's wrong with a dress moreover when did you has talked with him? Wait!! Where were you last night?"
I asked with wide eyes. I totally forget about my mom last night. It's raining heavily, I should have had call her but I, myself suffered from a panic attack.
"My car didn't start. So, I stayed at the shop last night with some workers. What about you? I have called you but it said your mobile is switched off."
"Sorry. Whatever, Is your soo called son-in-law coming now?" I roll my eyes sipping my coffee.
*DING-DONG*
"I'll go." I stood & jogged to the door opening it. My moments stopped watching him standing with a smile.
"Oh! Taehyung. Did you get the fish?" My mom yelled from the kitchen. I stepped aside giving him space as he walked inside with a plastic bag in his hands.
"Did you sleep well?" He bend down and kissed my lips as I hmmed and walked inside.
After closing the door he tailed behind me and mom took the cover from his hand. I just walked to the balcony and bent by the railing with my elbows while watching the sky.
"You don't have to trouble yourself, Taehyung." I heard a chuckle.
"It's ok mom moreover I wanted to shower at home." He responded.
"Ok, Go talk with your wife. I'll make the breakfast in a few minutes." I heard my mom advising him and then footsteps can be heard behind me with a glass door closing sound.
Two strong arms hold the railing on either side of me. I roll my eyes and didn't respond. Goosebumps erupted all over my body when I felt hot breaths on my neck and his arms also come closer.
"Stop!" I turned around and try to push his chest but he didn't move an inch.
"Why are you upset again? Tell me." I leaned my back on the railing and took a deep breath.
"I thought, you will be there when I woke up." I explained holding his shirt button; playing with it.
"Gah! You scared me. I was thinking you still aren't over with yesterday's incident." He giggled sweetly and bumped his forehead on mine softly.
"But, I usually wake up by your side daily & even aftercare you. Silly girl." I pouted looking up at him as he laughed moving closer.
"You already know that I can't sleep easily and on top of that I won't be able to sleep in new places also. So, I was awake all night & early morning I heard noises coming from outside. I checked outside & saw mom was home. I explained to her that you called me to accompany you & she's happy to hear that. She said she will do something special for breakfast so I offer her that I'll buy some fish from the market. So, I went back to Myung-Tae home and get fresh up & come back with fish." He smiled.
"You mean Professor Lim Myung-Tae? You're living with him!" I asked with confusion.
"Yes, We are best friends. Not only him we have an attorney, Doctor, police chief, CEO'S, Politicians & Musicians as friends too. We have all been together since middle school till now. It's been over 20 years yet Our friendship is pure." He wiggled his eyebrows.
"Damn! You guys are soo old." His playful expression fall flat as he looked at me, mouth ajar.
"Let's not talk about age."
I bite my inner cheek to stop laughing. God! His expression is soo funny & I couldn't hold back and laugh loudly.
"Don't laugh." He looked at me desperately.
"I think I_ I was..." I laughed more and it started hurting my stomach.
"Don't laugh. I've told you not to talk about age. Yah! Don't."
