It seemed to be her last day. She felt like out of breath. The handset just fell off her hand. She turned back. With filled eyes, she had a glimpse at the flower pot placed in the window; a memory of someone noteworthy. She was a girl with a newly broken heart, named Stenily. "Is everything okay?", asked Ashline. Ashline was a very close friend of Stenily. She wanted to console her but Stenily didn't seem to need her. She replied:" yeah was there anything that had to happen!" Maybe she needed time to gather the broken pieces of her heart. She absorbed her tears, gave a smile, and pretended like everything was normal. Stenily was unaware of her innocence. Her transparent face flashed everything upon Ashline. By even knowing her worry, Ashline admitted her lie as truth. Stenily started to giggle, gave Ashline a high-five, and ran towards her room. Just after entering the room, her chattering smile disappeared and she burst into tears, followed by hiccups. The room was cold as was her fate. Everything was unexpected. The throne of his fate was turned over. Even everything was just before her, but there was still something; a voice mumbling her not to believe. The whole situation was perplexing. Her long and thick lashes were fully wet. Her eyes were fully red. The tears ran down her fluffy cheeks. At last, a thought flashed through her mind. An inner voice from somewhere said:" control yourself Stenily. What if God made him answerable for your tears on the day of ignorance? Would you be able to stick him in such calamity?" By thinking this, she gave her tears a reason to stop. She got up, moved towards the washbasin, looked at herself in the mirror and gave an attempt to listen to her heart. Her eyes were looking prettier than ever. She smiled, washed her face, and went downstairs.

Ashline was waiting there. She was trying to understand what happened a moment ago. Stenily came to her and gave her a gentle pat on her shoulder. Ashline, who was dived into her own thoughts, just moved back and gave her a look. Maybe Stenily had sensed the thoughts going on in Ashline's mind, but she didn't want to discuss any of them. She just smiled and offered her a walk with her. Ashline thought it a better way to regain Stenily's composure so she agreed. They went out for a walk around the town. Ashline was shocked to see Stenily, who was continuously trying to calm herself down and trying to hide her that trial behind a fake smile. Stenily was feeling like stuck beneath the burden of her emotions. Maybe she wanted to just get rid of all that. With each breath, she was questioning her existence. Per her, she was left with no other aim to live anymore. Ashline wanted to share her burden but she was scared that what if her support made her weak. She knew that the most hurtful thing for Stenily was to see herself weaken. Stenily's eyes were still shining and Ashline's complexion was being faded to see her in such a miserable state. Both were silent throughout the walk. At last, Stenily ventured a bit and asked if they could go home. Ashline comprehended that it has now become unbearable for Stenily to act anymore so she didn't take a sec hiond more and agreed. Stenily turned back. After 2-3 steps, she just started to run as she burst into tears. Ashline was seeing all this but she couldn't do anything. A thought was hitting her hard again & again that why sometimes life puts you in such a state where you can't do anything but see your loved ones suffering alone? Why can't you just do anything when you direly desire to do so? Ashline was sagacious enough to know that the best thing one can do sometimyees, is simply not to do anything. She knew that the o nly person who could handle Stenily, in this devastating situation, was her own self. She needed some time alone to understand herself as she was lost in search of someone else. Ashline was thinking that how fate can be so harsh with tender-hearted people. Life is so full of uncertainty. A single move of destiny could change a chattering smile into bursting tears. A few months back the situation was totally opposite.

Stenily was an adolescent girl having a jolly nature. She was so full of life that its calamities never came into her view. The teenager had a view like a newborn, about life. That doing good pays u well always, regardless of knowing that sometimes life gives you lemons as well. But the point is! "What to do with those lemons". The greenhorn couldn't give a second thought thinking that although life is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it. But they say, it's difficult to act wisely while being in pieces. The same thing happened to her. She felt herself stranded in this world not having a single aim to stay.
