chapter fourteen

Two months later
June POV
After that little talk with George, i didn't see him for the next two months, i wasn't bothered because i wasn't home all the time. The mansion was far from my studio, so i stay at my apartment when i close late. I dont like staying at the mansion because some of the maids are rude, they said they were not told by their boss to respect me but it doesnt bother me. I was going out today for Alexis and Hannah baby's gender reveal party. I was happy they invited me and i told them they could invite more people that i didn't mind. I convinced them for three days before they agreed. Brian isn't talking to me, he didn't show up for my wedding. Hannah says he is still angry. I planned to apologise to him after the ceremony so i dont ruin his day.
I was thinking of what to wear, i chose a black and red fitted  gown with my black heels. I chose a black bag. I decided to put a little make up. Today i was at the mansion because most of my clothes were there. I was satisfied with my outfit, i was going to drive to my  to get the gift i got them. The first was a painting of Alexis, Johnson their son fred and the new baby, the baby was covered half of the shawl covering the baby was pink and the other half was blue. While Hannah and Brian was similar but the background was half blue and half pink.
I walked into the studio, i saw my staff , i greeted them. I asked Rose to bring the gifts because i didn't want to go upstairs.
She brought it down, i asked ken to take it to my car for me and he did  that.
I drove to the venue, i saw different cars, i packed my stuffs, like my anti depressants pills, my inhaler and some other medcines.
I locked my car. I am glad i brought my lambourgini because most of the cars were expensive, what can i expect from their friends, i was the only one latching on their thighs. I am an introvert, plus my special cases i couldn't even make friends. I didn't carry the gift as i planned to give them later. So i walked into the party.Everybody was looking at me and whispering i thought it was because of my dress, like who wears black to a gender reveal party. I called Johnson since Brian wasn't talking to me and the other girls were pregnant and i cant call them out since they are the main point of the party.
“hey Johnson, i'm outside”
“ okay I'm coming ”
I was waiting for him when i saw a familiar face. I haven't seen him in two months and if you are still guessing it is George but he wasn't alone, he was walking with a lady and i couldn't help but notice her baby bump. They even kissed, i was hurted and i felt betrayed. I noticed that everybody was looking at me. I felt like a fool at this party.
Why did he have to show up with his girlfriend at this party.
I wanted to leave because i didn't feel comfortable anymore, i was about walking to my car when George called me. I thought he wanted to apologise but what he said the next minute made me speechless “why are you here, or are you stalking me? Just go because you are not wanted here”
I looked at him, i held back the tears that were threathening to fall from my eyes. I heard people calling me names, saying things like i broke their relationship, that i forced him to marry me.
I rushed towards the bathroom ignoring everyone. I wanted to leave but i came here for my friends. I was washing my face when the lady that acompanied George came closer to me. “hey i'm Lucia ” she said.
‘ more like lucifer' i thought.
“hi, i'm julie or june” i said.
“well nice to meet you” she said nicely. I was begining to like her until she said.
“ why do you have to show up in our life, we had such a beautiful relationship and you just ruined everything. You know you are like the villain in my love story, and you see i'm pregnant for him and he is happy about it ”
“Just leave him alone, there is no space for you in our picture ” she said.
I didn't say anything i walked passed her as she spun me around, i was about to ask her why she did that when i saw she was holding her tummy. Even if i didn't like her but the baby is still important, i told her to wait for me, i rushed to party to call George but he pretended that he didn't see me, i noticed some people laughing at his action towards me. “ George, i dont know what is wrong with your girlfriend but she's complaining in the bathroom ” i shouted.
He looked at me as he brushed me rushing to the bathroom.
I saw the girls sitting over the other side so i rushed there
“ hey girls" i said but they didn't seem to notice me, i remembered calling Johnson but i haven't seen him. I was thinking about what George said‘ just go because no one wants you here'
I rushed to my car, i picked the gift as i rushed to drop it inside so i can leave.  I was going back to my car when i saw George carrying Lucia to the car. I was heartbroken because i liked George even when i knew he loved some one else.
I was shocked by my discovery, i got into my car as i drove to my apartment. I didn't want to go to the mansion. I was depressed and i was begining to have different sucidal thoughts so i called my personal doctor, David.
“ hi, David ”
“ hi, are you okay? ”
“ can i set an appointment with you? "
“sure, if you are ready just come over so we could talk ”
“great, i'm coming right now "
