After a long day at work, you decide to go get a drink by yourself at the bar just down the street. You sigh and brush back your h/c hair out of your face.

You sit down and order a whiskey. Soon after, the door opens and a tall man about your age steps into the bar. You continue to sip your drink, ignoring him as you would a perfect stranger like him, until he sits down next to you and smiles. 'He's quite handsome...' You think, quickly stopping the thought. You couldn't love another man, it's more than frowned upon, it's illegal.

Still, you look over and smile back at him. "Well, hello there darling! The name's Alastor!" He says enthusiastically. You stutter, "Uh- MY name's y/n. Nice to meet you, Alastor." You shyly say and shake his hand. "That's a fine name, y/n. So, what's a handsome, proper young man like you doing in a drab bar like this?" You swirl your drink around. "Well, I could ask the same about you." You say, kicking yourself for sounding flirtatious.

Alastor leans closer to you. "Oh, y/n, I like you already even though we just met, my dear." You chuckle shyly. "As do, Alastor." He blushes and grins as you touch his hand. He's more than pretty, he's sweet. Should I really have done that- should I have touched his hand like that? What if he thinks I'm weird for I guess, flirting, with him? You think, nervous.

Alastor glances at his watch. "Oh, it's getting rather late. I should probably be heading home soon, which is such a shame since I was having a lovely time with you here." He finishes his drink and looks up at you. "Unless you'd like to come over and drink with me there?" You blush. "I'd love to!- As long as you're comfortable. I don't want to be a burden if you have plans-"

"Oh darling, no! You're not a burden at all! In fact, I'd love to have you over." Alastor, standing up now, straightens out his jacket. "You ready, dear?" You stand up. "Yep! All ready!" He throws his arm around your shoulder, seemingly in a friendly way so others don't suspect the tension between them. "You know, you look rather handsome, and I don't necessarily mean that in a 'just friends' way, my dear." He whispers as you walk down the dark street together.

"Oh, Alastor," You stop and caress his cheek. "We should probably go back to your place before someone sees us flirting like this." You laugh. "Mm, you're right, my darling y/n.
