Levi POV - I sat with Erwin and (Y/N) seeing Dot Pixis go through his paper work seeing how focused he was.

Dot Pixis - Hmmm.....

Levi POV - Looking over I've noticed how bored (Y/N) was seeing him lay his head on the chair arm rest moving his legs back and forth.

Erwin - (Y/N) are you doing ok?

Male Reader - ....*Frowns*

Dot Pixis - It seems I can't find any paperwork on him

Levi - I've found him outside the walls is it possible he's not a citizen?

Dot Pixis - It certainly is a possibility *Nods* though for him to be the way he is I'm suprised he's survived for so long

Levi - *Crosses arms* The kid looks like he's in his late 20's besides what does him being a mute have to do with his learning capabilities?

Dot Pixis - He could have very well been abandoned *Frowns*...I'm regretful to say he'd have to continue with this lifestyle

Levi POV - Me and Erwin went wide eyes before getting angry balling my fists.

Levi - What are you saying?! You can't help him?!

Dot Pixis - He's not qualified he needs to be a resident here

Levi - Then put him in your system! Make him a proper citizen!

Erwin POV - I was shocked never seeing Captain Levi this angry before

Dot Pixis - *Sighs sadly* I can't do that it goes against our rules

Levi - So you'd allow him to die!? Is that what you're saying?! We talk about humanity fighting Titan's but right now you're the inhumane one!

Levi POV - I suddenly heard a cry looking over seeing (Y/N) begin to whimper realizing I've been scaring him. Without thinking I got up before walking over kneeling down caressing his face.

Levi - Shhh calm down I'm not going to allow this to happen

Erwin - Levi...

Levi POV - I kept stroking his face as more tears fell trying my best to dry them. He was scared unsure of what will happen to him I knew I wasn't a babysitter but for some reason I'm beginning to invest my time and effort into this individual.

Erwin - Levi...you know we can't take care of him

Levi - Tch shut up *Growls*

Male Reader - *Gets up*

Levi POV - I saw how was beginning to get up only for me to push him back down on the chair.

Levi - Stop *Stern tone* don't even think about walking out that door

Male Reader - *Tears*...

Erwin - We'll find another way but you can't let this get in the way of your role as a Captain

Levi - Find another way?...The way I see it the both of you are allowing (Y/N) to leave! And Erwin how fucking dare you give me a lecture last night when you're doing the exact same thing now!

Erwin - I-...*Looks away*

Dot Pixis - *Sigh* Let's say you take care of him what's going to happen if you go on missions? How would he manage?

Levi - *Chuckles* Funny how you don't ask these questions when you wanted to throw him out on the street what you trying to get under my skin now? Because it's working you're starting to piss me off

Levi POV - I kept cupping (Y/N) face as his eyes darted around the room it seemed Dot and Erwin were stressing him out.
