Hot Spring Love: A Jotaro x Reader One Shot

You were a senior in college studying biology when you're stand powers began to awaken.

At first you thought you were going crazy when you started seeing blue hands appear from your sides. One day, when you looked in the mirror, you saw what looked like a blue face with golden eyes floating behind you.

"Aahhhhh!!! What the heck! No! No! No! " You scream as you slap your face.

This has to be a bad dream! Yeah... It's just my imagination.

When look back at your reflection, the unfamiliar face is gone.

Later that afternoon while attending your Marine Biology lecture you suddenly feel an ache in your stomach!

"Oh no! I don't feel too good!"

You realize you can't wait for the lecture to end, and that you need to leave immediately.

As you quickly make your way down the steps of the lecture hall, you accidentally miss a step, causing you to fall face first towards the bottom.

You're falling fast about to collide with the floor, when two blue arms suddenly appear in front of you.

You watch in horror as the blue hands land on the ground, causing you to flip over and onto your feet.

After the initial shock of what happened,  you look up to see your classmates staring at you in confusion.

With the blue arms still by your side, you wonder if your classmates can see them too.

"Haha...?" You nervously laugh waiting for someone to scream or shout that you have an extra set of arms, but no one does .

Everyone is just looking at you like you're crazy but no one seems to notice the blue arms by your side.

Huh? Am I going crazy?

But as  you look over to your professor, Dr Kujo, you find that his usually expressionless face is both shocked and concerned.

You swear that for a split second you saw his eyes dart towards the blue arms by your side.

Wait?
Can he see them? 

For some reason this scares you more.

If Professor Kujo can see these arms then this isn't just my imagination.

They are real.

You quickly run out of the classroom, desperately trying to escape this.

"What's happening to me?

You run to your favorite back staircase of the library. Exhausted you sit on the bottom of the stair case and release the overflow of emotions you're feeling.

You've always been a crier, and not just when you were sad. You can't help from crying because you're confused and afraid about what this all is.

Suddenly you feel the blue arms hold you in a comforting embrace.

"Huh? Are you...trying to comfort me?" You ask whatever this is.

"It's your Stand Miss y/n." You hear Dr, Kujo say from behind you as he confidently walks down the steps.

You never verbally admitted it, but you've had a huge crush on Professor Kujo for sometime now.

Although he was a man of few words, he was an eloquent and clear teacher. You liked his quiet confidence and the air of mystery he had about him.

"Dr Kujo? Can you see them too?" You ask him.

"Yes. I can see your stand now and even earlier in class because I'm also a stand wielder.Y/n when did your stand first appear?" Dr. Kujo asks.

"About two weeks ago. I thought it was just my imagination and feared I was going crazy. But earlier, when I tripped on the steps, I somehow knew that I would flip over to land on my feet before I did. Dr. Kujo what's happening and what's a stand?"

Jotaro thoughtfully looks at you before speaking,

" A stand is a physical manifestation of a persons life energy. It is psychically generated by you it's owner. "

"Also y/n, may I ask if  you've recently come into contact with any arrows."

"Um... not really...
But now that you mention it, about 3 years ago, while on a vacation with my family, I remember seeing a beautiful cupids arrow in a local garden. I don't why, but I felt strangely drawn to it and I touched it. When I did,  it pricked me. I remember getting this horrible fever afterwards but just as suddenly as it appeared, my fever went away."

"Hmm... Three years ago?"So you're stand abilities have been dormant all this time,  Interesting."  Jotaro muses mostly to himself .

"Y/n your stand abilities are a result of touching that cupids arrow. I can help you, that is in learning how to master your stand ability but it won't be easy. Nonetheless, I guarantee that you won't have to live in fear of your stand." Jotaro offers you.

You start to think it over but honestly this is your only option. Besides... It did just save you, so maybe it's a good thing.

"Sure Dr Kujo. I would really appreciate it if you could teach me more about Stands"

"Then it's settled y/n. We'll start training as soon as tomorrow. And from now on, just call me Jotaro."
