The tickle boy prison is based in an abandoned prison which was a perfect setting as this prison has 150 total rooms for their tickle prisoners to reside in.
All the boys taken in are ages 13-17 years old and are all street found either through loss of family or disownment making them perfect for them to be taken off the streets as no one will care for them.
