Ryan is a young, overworked engineering genius who likes to learn about all the quirks in the world and make it better for all. For the most part, at least. He always involved himself with new projects in order to enhance his life and many others in order to make a name for himself in the way he thought made sense. He always strived to feel fulfilled. Emily was one who wanted to live alone and be with her thoughts. She would often go out, but never speak to anyone. She'd be just staring out into the distance, thinking, or be head first into books. She always had ideas that were interesting, but she never had anyone to share them with, making her feel alone. Once they got to talking to each other, they felt like they were perfect for each other. Their interactions were just like the average relationship. They each felt so warm whenever they were together and felt so lonely and cold when they were apart. They both liked to play video games, have an overly excessive sense of humor, & a particular "interest" that brought both of them together. Life felt like they couldn't be going any better, giving Ryan motivation to jumpstart a long-awaited project that was left on the backburner. Despite his feelings towards Emily, he couldn't see himself confronting her about it. Unfortunately fate didn't consider Ryan's belief that he could help everyone, but he couldn't even help himself, at least not in the conventional way. With a new identity, he has to find a way to make the most out of a life within a new body. Facing head on with humanity and morality, he'll have to find out what he actually wants.
