"It's not that I'm trying to be mean to her…she's got a one track mind and if she continues that way she won't see what's wrong." Hannibal explained, knowing that wasn't going to sit well with Booth - but he didn't quite care.
"I know. But she's doing her best…and you need to break it more subtly to her," Booth said, used to at least trying to take other people's feelings into account.
"I will tell her what I observe in any way that I observe it, that's why I was brought on." Hannibal said and Booth had to hold himself back this was angering him.
"Okay fine I guess I'll clean up your messes, just do your job." Booth said walking off before getting stopped by the boys…the boys being Zack and Hodgins.
"We figured something you both need to see this… this is pretty cool!" Hodgins said.
This was something both Hannibal and Booth could agree on - when Hodgins called something cool it probably was more terrifying than anything, honestly.  As they followed behind, Booth noticed that Hannibal had a tendency to lag further behind. He always had to make sure no one was behind him while he was walking so he'd either walk beside you or behind you and he didn't like that. He already didn't trust him because of the whole psychology thing (I mean that's not even an exact science). He made sure to keep an eye on him and to always be the second to last in the pack.
"So we found this on the body," Hodgins started pulling something up on his computer. It just looked like a fragment of rock or something.
"It's meth." Hannibal said and Booth's had immediately snapped towards him.
"And how exactly did you know that doctor?" Booth said and Hannibal rolled his eyes
"I work with a lot of different people. Some are addicts who come to me for psychological help to get over their addictions, so of course I know what common drugs look like…you don't Booth? I thought you were an FBI agent?" Hannibal said with a smirk although it wasn't fully detectable. He knew that would get to him and he knew he'd start getting defensive which is exactly what he wanted
"Well of course I knew what it was. I was wondering why… you know what it doesn't even matter. What is the significance of this Hodgins?" Booth said, not yet playing into Hannibal's game.
"Well the presence of it on the body shows that the victim was in the presence of drugs." Hodgins said and then Zach took over.
"Her being in the presence of drugs means that she might have been trafficked." Zach said and looked at his coworkers for a bit of approval, but mostly looked to Hannibal for approval he was new and he was older. And Zack got that approval, getting an affirming nod from Hannibal.
Suddenly and out of the blue a terrified scream came from Cam's autopsy room. The screen was higher pitched than Cam's voice, but still feminine in origin.
The group left the scene hurrying over. All of them except one was taken aback by this site they saw as they walked in there. Cam was laid out on her operating table, her chest cavity open - exposing all of her organs. One was missing though her heart. Angela was the one who would screamed She was the one who had found her
"I was just coming in here to ask her a question…I" She couldn't handle this - a murderer in their offices - someone being able to do something like this was horrifying.
"Okay I need everyone to back up. This is now a crime scene." Booth tried to say confidently, but they could all tell his voice was wavering.
"We need to tell the person who runs this place immediately" Hannibal said and everyone else agreed so they went to pass off this information to the director.
